    No. 1 Arizona @ Michigan: CBB Saturday Morning.

    Going to be a very good game, with Arizona playing in a true road game.

    I think this opens with Arizona being slight favorites. 1 or 2 points max.

    All year, I have circled this game to bet against Arizona, yet here I sit on the eve of the game without a clue which side to take.

    Truth be told, I've made a nice bit of coin playing the Michigan side in these type of matchups for years. A top ranked team, on the road vs an unranked team and only favored by a couple points has always been an instant play on the home team.

    Need thoughts or opinions if you got them. I have put some thought into this game, just not as much as the SDSU game from earlier in the year, because Michigan to me is a very unknown quantity.

    You know I would love to see Zona lose but I don't see Michigan beating them. Michigan doesn't really have an identity yet nor the guard play to contend with Zona. That LeVert kid is a baller though, if they can hit some shots and defend, they've got a shot.

    betonline did open at pk and it's now at michigan -1.

    i like arizona but one thing that worries me is that 9am start.

    i don't think pac 12 teams do too well traveling to the east in these early morning games.

    That early start is a killer. Arizona has already left to Michigan, and I am pretty sure already checked in at their hotel. Did a quick practice run early this morning.

    Seriously, how do you not bet Michigan right here? Arizona is the much better team, but no team goes undefeated, and in all seriousness Michigan is a top 15-20 team this year, IMO.

    My thought is Az is a spot play. I think come March they will be tough/focused just not sure about their focus right now. Get the feeling they know they are good. From here til Jan buyer beware.

    Everyone is beyond healthy on Arizona. We had a deep bench guy or two come down with the flu last week due to the entire team receiving flu shots, but that is it.

    Michigan is a very good team. Like I said, top 15-20 team, IMO.

    This is the game in a nut shell.

    Arizona will dominate inside, and could very easily win this game going away if Michigan isn't hitting from range.

    On the reverse side, Michigan can only win this game if their 3's are falling. The thing is, if they're falling, it's next to impossible to beat them.

    Michigan has about 3 guys on their roster that should be on NBA rosters shortly. Obviously Arizona is loaded with NBA talent to match up with that, but the point being Michigan is a very solid club.

    Two of the top 3 ball teams in the nation Duke and SDSU couldn't beat Arizona. Duke plays shit interior D but SDSU doesn't.

    Think you gotta be able to draw fouls on the interior to beat Zona. Not Michigan's forte.

    Billy, I agree with everything you said. SDSU being a top 3 in the nation team, I am not convinced, although I am almost positive that is not what you intended to imply. They will be very good later on though.

    On paper there is zero reason Arizona should lose this game. Turnover's maybe.

    Yet the books favor Michigan. Early start time, true road game, middle of winter?

    Don't be fooled, this team is very focused right now. But, Mich is very difficult place to play. Agree with others posting here, should be a close game which means may come down to who can make their FT's. Mich almost 75% vs Az 66% y-t-d. Aaron Gordon is a train wreck on the foul line right now. Az bigs (Zues and Ashley) have tendency to get into foul trouble. If it does come down to calls and who can convert their foul shots, advantage Michigan. Personally, I'm just looking forward to watching this game!
