    They haven't been that competitive. The game today against Wisconsin obviously withstanding..

    They have been awful this year. Better last year but still blown out by a couple mediocre teams.

    Wisconsin let them win the game. Not trying to take anything away from Penn State as they played a great game but the writing is on the wall regarding this games outcome.
