Yes, Arum mentions Mayweather the same way boxing writers and bloggers do when discussing Pacquaio. Simply sticking Mayweather's name in generates more interest.
Arum might be the only person who doesn't want the fight to happen, or happen only if Top Rank got an undeserved piece of the pie such that it'd be worth his cash cow suffering yet another defeat. I'm pretty sure the only people in the Pacquaio camp who believe Manny could actually beat Floyd is Manny.

Pac will more than likely fight Bradley next. Then Marquez one more time if he can't get Mayweather for a September fight.
