Which books do U.S. players use?

I need an online book. I want to do Bet365, but they're only a european book. I understand online gambling in the states is illegal, but how do you get around it?

5dimes is pretty easy to use, bovado would be my next choice but when I signed up for them awhile back it was a pain actually getting a deposit in.
