    there are very few people who can win in nfl because of market efficiency and small sample size, one knowledgeable person in another forum gave out a number 500 out of 10,000 win, only way to beat it is with a very good statistical forecasting model, and your right , gotta pick your spots, ncaa foots and baskets are easier. I follow a guy whom is one of the best out there in reading the market and he went 1 and 4 last week

    always baffled me that the toughest sport to beat gets the most bets, at least in america

    i guess people are just gambling and like how every bet comes down to the last play

    totals are even fairly sharp, sometimes you can exploit weather later in the year though

    I just think dog when wagering NFL. Hope you connect on one... and stop wagering until you find another opening somewhere in a game. I think vegas tipped the Miami/Indy game 2nd half line. Just fade it. They kind of told you who was going to win. IMO

    Had a great day yesterday. There are no Oregon's in the nfl right now where the spreads should be 40 in most of their games but the books won't put em up that high. Maybe Denver can be that team. Don't trust them though.

    Think about your average moron in your office who is also an NFL fan. Think of said moron crowing each week about how NFL games will turn out. How they act like they know everything. Now imagine said moron thinking he can get rich quick by betting NFL games.

    That's why I bet college football for profit, and the NFL for fun. Made a ton yesterday and have no plans to give it back today.
