    You: i was told last weekend by one of your CS reps that you've added 3 new processors...is this actually true?

    Darren Lee: Yes. Timeframes are going to improve but there is still a substantial backlog to work through.

    You: obviously...i've been waiting 5 weeks

    You: so are these new processors currently sending checks for you guys?

    Darren Lee: Yes. My point in stating there is still a substantial backlog to work through is that despite the fact that there are new processors working through that backlog, it will still take time to send out all withdrawals due to the extent of the backlog.

    You: well i would assume that my withdrawal is one of oldest that you currently have in that backlog, is it not?

    Darren Lee: It is certainly near the oldest of the withdrawals I have personally seen. It will still be sent out as soon as possible.

    You: i guess asking for an estimate is sort of worthless huh?

    You: obviously they are not sent out chronologically...

    Darren Lee: That would mean providing you with inaccurate information and that is not something we would like to do. We would prefer to provide you with an accurate timeframe if it were possible. Unfortunately, it is not possible. They are sent out in the order they were requested.

    You: thats entirely not true...

    You: i know people who have received checks from 6/15 withdrawals already

    You: my request was made on 5/28

    Darren Lee: If later withdrawals were sent out before older withdrawal requests, they were sent in error. Withdrawals in general are being sent out in the order they were requested.

    You: then you are saying that I should be receieving mine in a relatively short period of time since mine is one of the oldest you've seen?

    Darren Lee: Yes, relatively.

    Based on what Darren Lee is saying, sounds likes the withdrawals department is making a ton of errors

    The best part is that he says that they don't want to provide inaccurate information then his next sentence says that the withdrawals are sent out in the order they are requested. Insert. Foot. Mouth.

    what a clusterfuk!!!!

    my withdrawls : june 5,6,8,15,22nd all for almost the same amount. got an email july 4th saying my JUNE 22ND was processed and will be fedex to me in 5-7 days. UNBELIEVABLE!! How can my LAST withdrawl be processed yet my first ones,a month ago, havn't been touched? gonna call but i am sure they won't have a clue.

    i guess my question to those who have a lot of $$ pending is this... IF you get all your money tomorrow would you re-deposit again? Lets just wait it out... i think they know they are losing their clients and at this point dont piss them off so we dont get our money.

    I can't judge yet as I only have been waiting 3 days

    I will say this had I know of the issues I would not have deposited back into my account in the first place. That being said I really can't complain at this point in time other than the withdrawal rules. I will say if I do receive all my $$ in a "timely" fashion I will leave money in my account. The casino operators have been very good so far, it's the actual "payout/site support" that I feel has been underwhelming. I wish I knew of this site before redepositing first but then again I never would have won. Gotta take the positive out of this for now, I'm just nervous right now. They did tell me about a 2 week delay so we shall see.

    so i emailed them for an update on my withdrawals, still waiting on them from june 6th,11th, and 12th...here was the message I got back


    I apologise for the delay we are doing everything we can to process withdrawals as quickly as possible the delay stems from a difficulty to contract and maintain a processor due to legislation in the US.


    We expect to have a new processor on board very shortly which should quite rapidly resolve the matter.

    PLLLLEAASE TELL ME THIS GUY WAS FULL OF SHIT BECAUSE IF THEY LOST THEIR PROCESSOR I'M GONNA GO POSTAL, UPS MYSELF OVER THERE, AND KICK SOME FREAKIN ASS!

    My buddy requested a check from pokerstars last friday...he received it on monday. Makes me sick I've been waiting 3 weeks with not even a response and he receives his check in 3 days not even 3 business days

    Wonder what happened to our friend Mr. Jazette Employee. He was so confident over the weekend that everyones check would be going out soon.

    These guys should run a contest. $100,000 to the person who can figure out their system for deciding whose payouts to process. My guess at this point is that it is just totally random

    I knew he wouldn't last. We started asking questions he wasn't willing to answer. Honestly, I can't believe he came in here and gave the exact same scripted answers they give out through CS.... He edited one post to delete a response that was a verbatim response to another poster.

    Today july 5th and have 10 pending withdrawals starting from june 15th. 10 days will be a month since my 1st request and still nothing. Backlog my arse. There was no way there is a months worth of withdrawals that are ahead of me even if there are limits to how much can be processed. I just hope management does not have it in their heads to stiff the people who risked and won money on their site fair and square. If we lose, they get the money but if we win we have to sweat the payout for a month. BS!

    I honestly think they are low on funds and the accounting office and management are the only ones aware of this and they just tell the cs people that there is a backlog.

    I am waiting on 9 checks starting all the way back in May 19. I did receive a check this week and 2 more emails I received this week.

    Good news. DHL was here today with my 2nd withdrawal. Requested 5/27. The one from last week was requested 6/5 and got here earlier. Same processor both times.

    This question is for anyone who has requested multiple withdrawals on the same day...If you requested 2 checks per day did they send them both in the same envelope? Probably not but curious.

    Strange. They must have at least two processors if some people are getting paid by DHL and others by fedex. But the timeframes aren't getting any better.

    I was getting checks from DHL. The past two have been from FedEx. Hopefully things will improve soon. The new checks are coming from a different state and processor than the DHL checks.
