    this is in regards to an update to my withdrawal on june 6th for $500
    also waiting for $2000 from june 11th and 2 $500 from june 12th
    as you can see this informs me of nothing, and it also brings up the question, did you guys lose another processor in june? if you lost the processor why would you send them to the back of the queue behind others who requested withdrawals after you? wouldn't it make sense to stick them back in order??

    This will be received more swiftly. Please include your customer ID number and include the request from my previous post for an update from the Withdrawals department based on the unnacceptable delay.

    This should receive a response within 5/6 hours.

    Just to confirm that your withdrawal was initially requested on June 6th? To be honest I am unaware of any changes in processor this month. I would not believe this has occurred, however, I would suggest contacting Live Chat for a full update on this.

    Could you please also confirm who sent this email and include the full text?

    We are utilizing two different withdrawal methods (DB DHL and IC FedEx). These have very different timeframes for receipt and unfortunately FedEx is a lot quicker for this. It is not possible to place your funds on the FedEx list through your request - these withdrawals are selected based on the logistics of our processor.
