It would appear you are better off being at the end of the line, those of us stuck at the beginning of the line are having the most problems. I have repeatedly tried to get money put back in account so I can attempt an under 2500 withdrawal, but they in my case they insist they have sent money out already, which we all know is a lie.Originally Posted by eve

Has anyone noticed that now when you request a withdrawal, you can no longer request a check for over $2500. There are only 2 options now. Either check from $2500 or less, or wire for requests over $2500. No idea what that means for those of us waiting on checks
marc, an e-mail I received yesterday stated I'd have to send them info. for a wire or put the funds back into my account. This check was for 10k. I put it back in my account so I can start kicking out 2500 checks. I do believe they lost their processor for checks over 2500. They DO NOT want to pay people who are up on them. I'm sooooo sick of SB.
seems like everyone gets emails but me. so far I have nothing but their assurance that my funds were sent
same here... CS just told me I will have to wait 10 days from June 1st now to receive my check. It was sent on the 15th they said, but there were delays.. They wouldnt let me put the money back in my account and to cash out smaller amounts because its "on its way"
CS is now telling me that my funds were in fact sent on the 15th and i should have it any day now.
Here is another funny chat. Now they are telling me that the previous chat operator was wrong. And that all of my information is worng. It never ceases to amze me how these guys can speak with such authority when every day they tell us something different.

Btw Marc, you left one reference to the German processor unedited, the first time it's mentioned in the chat - not that it seems to matter much anymore since this processor doesn't seem to be processing much of anything.
i think i got it.
Again, I don't think it matters since this "processor" has a very liberal definition of the word, but you mention the name right after "Cory" asks what the name of the processor is. You later edit out when he says it back to you, but your original mention still appears unedited.
I must admit, while I didn't expect this processor to be around very long, I certainly didn't think they'd get shut down this quickly. But now I fear that those of waiting for from this processor are going to be stuck in limbo for some time
So sportsbook isn't allowing checks over 2500 anymore, but our checks which are over 2500 are still in limbo and being sent from the german processor? weird
I think that is because you are in the US maybe?? Im in Australia! I have a few friends all hanging out for their check withdrawals at least 2 months now. Trying for wire now. Wish me luck!

it's very possible that the check processor they are using isn't set up to mail checks outside of North America. And if you did get a check from them, you might have to wait a month for the check to clear.
You might not have any other choice but to request a wire.
Finally, My Wire From 3/21 Is Pending In My Account.

honestly i cant believe this thread is still going... looks like it died down a good bit... but still... this is amazing. marc how much of the money that youve been expecting have you actually received since all this started back in feb?
I've gotten about 105k out of 110k. Its just frustrating because if they would just take a minute or two to double check with thier processors what payouts have gone out, we could ahve all been paid by now.
2 mths ago we were all told do checks for <2500 so I did. I did my first and waited for 1 week or more before I did another then a few days past before I did one more. The grand total was a little under $7000. I read on here that people who did check requests on the day I did my first not only were payed but had there money cleared by their banks and my check still hadn't been processed. I complained as we all do and I received an email from the cashier's department saying we will wire the total to you straight away if you send us the verification required. I did as I was told and received that email we all love to receive that tells us our money has been sent. Then a few days later I get another email saying sorry that last email was an error. Again I complain only to be told that it would be better if I did check requests for <$2500. Which basically puts me back where I started. Tell me I ain't getting the run around.
Check Trace
Has anyone ever had their check over 2500 traced? If so, how long did the trace take? What happened once the trace completed. Did they find the check? I have been waiting 10 weeks for my payout from hollywoodsportsbook.com. I sent a copy of the email chain between myself and the manager to SBR and theonlinewire.com and copied 3 people (Tony, James, and Victor Johnson - Manager) from Hollywood and received a response today......Hollywood couldn't find its ass with both hands.....

I was told today all checks over 2500 will be cancelled today, and all funds will be put back into our accounts with a bonus. You can withdraw up to 2-2500 checks per day. They lost their check processor for over 2500 - obviously. He said the U. S. Government is pushing very very hard on their new legislation. Now, I believe, we will have huge backlogs on DHL. Ain't life grand!
I called and talked with cs today and they told me that the processor was delayed 12 business days but the checks were sent out. This is a nightmare
I am sick of this... I requested my withdraw on the april 17th and process on the 8th of may as wire, amount of 2300.
and they put back the money to my betting account today.

Wow, looks like I lucked out and got the last check this processor sent. Still slightly nervous I'll wake up one day to find that it bounced.
Wonder how long it will be beofre they lose this current processor.

As I feared, those of us whose checks they claim were sent are now screwed. They still insists the checks were sent and won't credit us (at least me) until the trace in concluded. The "trace" could easily take 2 weeks. By then then who knows if they will be able to process any withdrawals.
Just had my wire transfer from mid april refunded....we'll try by DHL. They still claim $3200 check requested 3/16 and supposedly sent 5/16(the last time anyways) is still set to arrive any day.
Involved in the same mess with VIP.com for $22,000. Looks like I'll be looking for a local man, unfortunatley the only guy I know in the area so far has $100 cap per game and pays just about as quickly as our good friends at sportsbook.com...Thanks Uncle Sam
If they lost the processor, i wonder what's stopping the processor form simply claiming that the money was sent, even if it wasn't
After reading this post I got an idea: I am about to run odds comparison site and it is planned to provide a service which will allow punters to have a wallet at my website and using that wallet place bets at all bookies listed on the website. The proof of actual placed bet will be a copy of bet slip displayed on the website or sent to email address. What do you think about this and would you like to use that kind of service?
I would have a couple of questions
1) whats prevents you from just keeping the money. It would be one thing if an already established site were to do that, but I don't see mnay people trusting a newcomer.
2) Lets say we wanted to withdraw money, or even depsoit money, how would we do that.
3) Why do you think you will have an easier time collecting from these bookies than we are
