The thing is its illegal for your banks to process these transactions and you have know put your banks on the spot. They could be investigated and fined. I dont know what that would do to you. Also, that bank would no longer allow any gambling transaction to ANY sportsbook again so your ability to fund books is done. Unless you get a new bank and hopefully that bank has not had chargebacks as well. More to think about then just them taking you to court which obviously wont happen and would be the worst of your worries.

a) please explain your math for next friday being 15 business days from March 23rd? I have it as 19 or 20 business days depending on Good Friday. Can you explain your thinking? I hate that we are buying into this multinational holiday BS. That is one of the reasons built into the original 7-10 day timeframe. The physical act of sending the wire is instantaneous or near instantaneous and the extra time is for verification, bank closures i.e. holidays, etc.

b) If I was to charge back and not get the pending wires what does that tell everybody? It tells everyone that they are able to trace and find the wires even at these stages when it's been out of their hands for two weeks. Which is hard proof they are lying to us. Has anybody charged back and had processed wires cancelled?

gunslinger.. the bank is not liable, because the sportsboko disguises the transactions fraudulently as phone cards.. soon enough they will simply block everythign to TADSERVER etc..

once a wire is processed, that means its YOURS.. thye cannot stop it or reverse it etc..

Yes the 21st batch is off. It might have been delayed somewhere but I dont think they just pocketed the 21st batch. Hopefully that batch is not lost. People who are from the 21st should call up and try to talk to a male operator because most of the female ones dont seem to know whats going on and simply ask whats going on. Explain to them that you have friends who processed on 23rd and got their money. Work with them and see what they say. If cant get anything Ill even call for you because I wont to find out when my Wednesday withdrawal will be processed now that I read the SBR post about wire withdrawals taking to long and getting a second wire server.

Have you tried a debit card ********** before? Do you have any specifics as to a method to use? I understand they they will ask questions, etc. but this is my only hope for getting any money back it seems. I truly believe they are paying a few people in order to get thru the NBA playoffs. I am not charging back yet but I have set a hard line at Wednesday of next week. That will be 21 days. If anyone can explain a wire taking 21 days I'd like to hear it.

debit cards are linked to your bank account, so the banks take it super seriously. so you have to explain a lot about it. the process is not that much different from the credit card **********. they credit your account then you have to sign an affidavid.

There was not a single phone card bought. The INTENT was for gambling. You were not coherced to buy a phone card. The money went to a gambling site and the banks got it there by you requesting it to go there. So yes they are liable even though it was under the ploy of this phone card thing. You did not knowlingly buy phone cards you knowingly bought v-chips and if you attest this is not true and you really wanted phone cards thats prejury.
