The MOST troubling facet of all of this is....

NOT ONE SBR MODERATOR HAS COMMENTED ON THIS!!!!! READ MY POSTS 400-500 POSTS AGO, I CALLED OUT ANY/ALL SBR MODS TO TELL US WHAT THEY KNOW!!!

As stiffed clients of www.shitbook.com, we kindly ask SBR to provide us with any news they have. In this instance, no news IS NOT good news.

Also, COMMON SENSE, pls tell me - if I do a ********** (and im thisclose to doing it), do you think we'll get blacklisted from the entire online gambling industry???

SBR, PLEASE COME TO OUR RESCUE ALREADY!!!!!

At this point, Sportsbook.com isn't out to screw anyone, They wouldn't be making 5k-56k payouts if that were the case.

I wouldn't be counting on the money either because it'll come when it comes, but it will come. I still have a couple of dimes down there they haven't even processed yet from Mar. 30th, but now I KNOW THAT THEY ARE A SLOW-PAY AND NOT A NO-PAY. That to me makes all the difference in the world.

By the way, just as an afterthought: How'd you like to be a customer service rep, dealing with thousands of callers who think their money's not coming. That has to be the worst job of the month!

I've said before in a previous post, the same situation occurred with a company called Pokerspot about 7 years ago of which I was a member. Sportsbook.com is trying to pay but the facts are the processor situation is destroying them.
So sure they are trying to keep the company afloat by processing a few withdrawals here and there but with the bad publicity and nobody depositing they are going to have cash flow probems and have a 50/50 chance of going under. Do I think they want to pay? Sure to a point or else there goes everyone's cinchie job. Do I think the knew processor has them as dependant as a house pet at dinner time? Sure. Will they get enough money from deposits, rake, and vig. to stay afloat? Who knows? Are they hurting their credibility with the information they pass on to the customer reguarding payout timelines? Definitely!!!!!!!

Holidays arent stopping other sportsbooks, PLEASE stop making excuses for these dickwads. These grubby bastards DO NOT want to pay us or otherwise they wouldve found a way to do such en masse already. This is a willful tactic on their behalf. If you think youre going to get paid then youre a bigger fool than I am.

gunslinger99..........ok....that is the first time in a while that sportscrook.com has told me the truth.......if they would have told their customers from the start....."your money will be sent within 30 days.....40 days......whatever......".....their credibilty would be much higher........instead they chose to say...."3-5 days.......5-7 days......7-10 days......10-15 days.......15-20 days.........."......whoever is in charge of this book and making these business decisions hopefully was fired

No you will not get blacklisted BUT you probably will not be able to open an account with any book serviced by EFS not that you would want to. You can identify EFS clients by their use of V-chips, if they use V-chips, they are EFS. One VERY IMPORTANT piece of advice given by another poster and I didn't realize: if you have given them your bank info for a purported wire and then do a **********, you are vulnerable to them attempting to pilfer your checking account, so alas, you will need to close your current checking account and re-open a new one with new info, what a royal pain in the ****ing ass. ICEMAN and SHRINK you two are history.

I am now off to see the US Attorney in Las Vegas to update him on the info I have on the American scumbags at EOG and theRX who have been lining their pockets with our money. They will be off the street one way or another within a week, so help me GOD! As for the super scumbag WILHELM who is in Costa Rica, if necessary I will hire DOG to drag him back to the States or local talent in San Jose to school him. People posting here, while I am not a large a bettor as some of you I am an experienced litigator and former Assistant US Attorney myself. I assure you that the people who are behind this SCAM and have profited from it will be brought to justice.

    Picoman,

Dude you got to stop with this hourly posting of negative material... All you are doing is scaring these poor people. I understand your warnings and they are justified, and your talk about chargebacks, do what you want its a free country.. But get a life man, you constantly crowd this thread of needless repeats of what YOU think we should ALL do.. Im sticking it out and waiting for the money I spent days playing poker for. Im not going to settle for a couple thousand in chargebacks that I could go down to the casino right now and win in one night when I have over 17K in the ole SB cashouts coming , even if it takes 2 more months...

If they close up shop, there will be some type of legal action, and those of you with chargebacks will probably get 0% of the settlement since you will legally not have put any money into the site.

Im just sick and tired of you and COMMONSENSE marching on your negative parade... Many other sportsbooks had processing issues at the same time SB did.. People like you have made this major problem into a huge problem...

Whats the Best way to do a **********?????

Do you tell Credit Card Company:

    1) Merchandise not received(calling card): Then you have to provide name and phone number of someone you spoke with at "Telcard or Tadserve-Telco Pay"

    OR

    2) Unauthorized Charge: How do you explain the fact that you sent them your driver's license and copy of credit card if they find that out

" It has come to our attention that some wire withdrawals are taking more than 10 business days to arrive in customers' bank accounts.
The Withdrawals Department is working with our bank to have all these transactions credited as quickly as possible. The funds should appear in your bank account soon.

I have three payouts checks(not wires) processed and sent out as claimed by Sportsbook.com.One is for $6000.00.They told me that these payouts now have a time frame of 10-15 days to reach me. They went out April 3 and 4th.I will give them a little more time and they do not come I will use the ********** option only as a last attempt to recoup my money. If I receive any check I will be sure to post it here.I spoke to Robby there and I have some assurance that these funds will be received by me soon since the system shows processed and sent out with all other cs reps saying the same in regard to my account. One check is going out DHL for $500.00 and the other 2(6000.00 and 700.00) are sent by express courier which most likely show up in those plain white envelopes in my mailbox people on here were talking about.GL to all.Spanks.

    Common Sense (the real thing)

OK People- it's becoming clear we are divided between two agendas. Some people are hell-bent on charging back and telling everyone else they're stupid if they don't; and some people are telling people to wait patiently for the money. My instinct is that the people that want chargebacks lost FAR more than they won, and some of the people asking for patience are shills for Sportsbook.

I have requested 5 payouts by wire transfer. I've received the two smallest ones. Take that (or believe it) for what you want. Both of them took 13 days.

It is still possible Sportsbook may be paying to sucker in more money, w/ the Ponzi scheme or whatever. So, we need to be ready to ********** if that's the case.

Anybody that has charged back- please give info on how that is going. I used a debit card at a bank so I think I am SOL but let us know. That will have to be the next step if we go into next week without a BIG improvement. Assuming, of course, the nutjobs on this board that are inciting chargebacks and riots dont short out their processors before we can get paid.

Anyone that has ********** info- including on debit cards- please reply.

    thanks,
    jon

Tomorrow will be day 13 for a $4700 w/drawal, and next Tuesday for a $5900. I will post on both days. I will not accept the wires taking longer than 15 business days without a damn good explanation from Sportsbook and an immediate trace. And by good explanation, I mean something a lot better than
" It has come to our attention that some wire withdrawals are taking more than 10 business days to arrive in customers' bank accounts.

Regarding chargebacks, despite this notion that they are an automatic fix, I've seen as many problems as successes here. If someone has a strategy that works, please let us know.

Business Day 16 and still nothing

I'm officially concerned with getting my $8xxx withdrawal. I just got off the phone with VIP and they have consistantly told me to wait and wait and wait. They seem to not even know what's going on right now. I'm certain they have a major processor issue again. I was told to wait until business day 18, which is Monday the 16th. I honestly don't know what to do at this point as I'm sure my money is in limbo if not gone. I was also told they have not done any "stop and trace" and I want to find out if anyone on this forum has done one. Any information is appreciated.

I know hundreds of people jave been pressing the boards to get paid... I tried to request 2 checks on 4/1/07, which as you all said they send an email saying they are processed, etc etc. A lot of the posts I have seen are regarding wires. How many people though have finally received their checks? Again sorry to repeat what is already being said, but I am new to this disaster... All help is appreciated!
