    Did a wire from betonusa.com then had to send them a voided check to verify everything...called them today and they said all my info was correct and I should see my payout within 7-10 days...so in other words, nothing has changed...been waiting 28 days from my initial withdrawal request...

    We're not getting our money. They're telling people waiting on checks it's going to be 15 days now, with no way to track once it's sent out. They're telling people waiting on bank wires that U.S. banks are holding or blocking the transactions. Have the money put back into your account, log in once a month and make a $1 bet and hope within the next few years that the U.S. openly allows internet gambling. Of course that sucks when you have over $34K in you account.

    I deposited to sportsbook in the middle of February, on my credit card my processor was listed as "PGL8004958464". I called that 800 number and a rep picked up the phone right away. Here's what he told me: They are a middleman for 950(!) different sites, of which sportsbook.com is one of the biggest and they still do credit card processing for them. I asked him if they could refund my credit card and he said no. However, when I said what would happen if I request a ********** on my credit card, he told me that the creditcard would submit a ********** request to their accounts department which, as far as he knew, would then request a verification of service provided by sportsbook.com. Unless they get a "good answer" they would refund the card and sportsbook.com would refund them.

    So sounds like the way to go for me, but I'll wait until either Friday or Monday to see if anyone gets their wires or at least a FedEx tracking number.

    So what are we telling our ************ as the reason? --Fraud or just "Expected service not provided"? And are you guys planning on telling them that it was for gambling?

    ok i just got a manager of some sort online after talking to a rep, and told him i have a united front ready to post chargebacks on FRIDAY all at once, he really got worried. So anyone who had a withdrawal via WIRE Sent on March19th, the 10th business day would be this friday, i believe the earliest wires were on the 19th too...
    lets wait till friday,k those who wired if they get their money we are good, otherwise we just all charge back immediately.

    they seemed really attentive, but still said my wire which was approved and sent on the 22nd is on its way without problems, though they could not track or give me any info on it

    i notived someone say they wired out on the 19th, and its been 10 days, but not business days which they claim, so wait till friday and updateus, i have 100 others with me on a petition ready to ********** plus im sure all of you on the forum will to

    I’m just a spectator in this whole debacle and I don’t have an opinion either way on the ********** strategy, but I will say that even if you bet with them and lost, you still “didn’t receive promised services” from SB. Think of it this way: if half the bettors won money from the other half, it’s not just the winners who get screwed by SB stiffing players. It wouldn’t be right for the winners to get back their original $100 and the losers to lose their $100. Legally, I don’t know if this argument holds, but logically and morally it certainly does.

Lets face it, most people lose their money at these places and don't have a major account balance to horde or care about.

    I dont know... I dont think what they are doing is good but at the same time, I cant wrap my brain around the actions of CS being in line with a fold up. If I'm folding up I let all but one dude named Jose go and run it until deposits stop. The customer service, while not real helpful, is at least always there by phone or chat and that doesn't feel like a trim back before the fold up. I've called no less than 5 times regarding my last check and chatted 3-4 times with the same BS lines but still... someone is there and you have to assume right now A LOT of players are pinging CS.

    Sooo... transfer your funds to my account via poker, I'll pay you .10 on the dollar and assume your risk and you can still run the **********

    or I could be wrong.

    What would happen if they do go out of business? would we still be able to get a charge back? i'd like to be optimistic that I'll get my money, but if they are waiting until after march madness to close shop and i will never be able to get my money out, then i'll take action before then. do you know if you can still get charge back if they disappear?

    guys i just received EMAIL receipts of my wire being sent as hard proof from them in my email box, now if i dont get it, i ahve proof they are lying.

    As far as charegbacks, you have to request the paperwork wihch CC company sends you and then you sign send back, so there is no way you are gonna get this all done by Friday anyway, so why not wait till Friday and see if its legit, and save yourself your winnings? im not siding with them but just being legit,

    worst case you send the papers on friday and **********, the investigation is not gonna be overnight, bank will take like 30-60 days to make a decision to give you your money

    regarless, if you guys are with me, i will say lets wait till FRiday, and if no money received by anyone lets all pull th trigger TOGETHER

    do you guys agree?

    not to be a prick, but it has not been 10 business days.. first wire was on MONDAY last week, the 19th, 10th business day is this upcoming friday, i am sure there were no wire sent that previous week, i am not optimistic, but since i finally got a receipt that it was sent, and they cant cancel it, and i also have two accounts, and they have not sent for my other account i have a little hope.

    seems like if they were leaving they would just say everything is sent, wait 10 days, and then disappear, there is no logic to make others wait, they just say sent ge t left alone.

    lets wait till friday we waited a month, and hopefully someone gets something, we can then HIT THEM HARD otherwise, I ALREADY spoke to UPPER LEVEL PEOPLE AFTER I SENT THEM MY PETITION OF 124 USERS WHO WILL CHRAGE bACK THIS FriDAY.     guys i read the trun thread, very bad situation, people i spoke to sakid first wires went out lsat week on monday or tuesday, so i dont know how he possibly got his out on the 13th when there wasnt even a processor according to them or anything setup.. i still say give it till friday, if TRUN gets nothing we TAKE ACTION?. that would be 10th day from what i understand to be first wire, 13th seems far fetched, if ont he 15th they gave everyone money back to rewithdraw with the bonus

    i just verified that the first wires were indeed PROCESSED on MARCH 19th, do not know who the idiot who told TRUN was that is was 13th, they didnt even have it setup yet, so Friday would again be 10th day guys..

    plus the verification BS is done before they are sent, i was told i would have my tracing info by tommorow morning, i will repost this information immediately if i recieve it.

    Hey-

    We are all in the same boat. I imagine everybody here has been stiffed and given the run-around by sportsbook.com management. They are frustrating as hell- no one denies that. However, we have no legitimate case; against them, against our ************, against banks, against anybody. I have yet to see someone who has waited their full 10 days and not received money. Don't get me wrong. I am 50/50 that WILL happen. But I am 100%/0% SURE that charging back on a tuesday night/ weds. morning is no more effective than charging back on a friday night/ saturday morning. Please, for the sake of all of us wanting our money, don't start this chaos until it is warranted.

    Yes, it is easy to start the ********** process. However, do you think **** is gonna eat thousands of dollars in gambling losses (if not millions). **** has an army of lawyers and fraud investigators. Anyone that claims these charges were not authorized is walking a seriously dangerous line. Don't take my word for it, but it's not like downloading music. They WILL check IP's, and the bull shit third company overseas will investigate because they are greedy as- holes and have nothing to lose. Gambling is a misdemeanor. Fraud can be a felony.

    Why don't we all get on the same page? Power in this case is COMPLETELY IN NUMBERS. Someone earlier said they had a hundred people waiting to do chargebacks. Lets all get on the same page, come up with a plan, and do it if they don't come through. WE CAN ONLY BEAT THESE PEOPLE IF WE WORK TOGETHER.

    Sportsbook.com, Playersonly.com, Betusa.com, and all the others are HUGE companies. Make no mistake, they make millions per week. Everything they are holding is not as much as they could make off of rake (in poker) and juice (in sports) in a month. They have everything to gain from staying in business. They maybe BSing us, but that is their own mistaken belief that they are doing the right PR move. What could you do if you knew you couldn't pay out for a month? This whole situation is twisted.

    I don't know if we will actually get paid. My estimation is 70/30 we will. It will depend on how they can make the most money. BUT I know that I want my money, others do too, and we can take control of the situation and give them an ultimatum to give us our money or face losses of thousands of customers. And we can make them lose thousands of customers in one hour of effort apiece. So, we have TWO CHOICES:

    1) Give up, say there's no chance, and charge back now and forget about everything (I won't even get into the fact that yes, **** will probably deny the chargebacks upon investigation when they realize it was for gambling).

    2) Wait out Sportsbook's promise, give them a fair chance, and Monday morning, if people due them have not received wires, call the Platinum manager and give him an ultimatum: either explain what the hell is going on, and get us our money in 48 hours, or we will process over 1,000 chargebacks this afternoon and cause many more problems for your business. If he gives us a circular answer, says "we are working on these issues," we give the go- ahead and ALL charge back everything we can (I have heard it is back to 120 days depending on which state you live in but banks don't want to cede that), and then we are in the same position. If we get paid, or they pay us on that threat, we WIN this battle.

    Please, lets get a group that is willing to do this. We are all frustrated. We all hate the CS dep't at Sportsbook. We all don't trust them. They are liars. They will say anything to make you stay. But we CAN fight them, and we maybe able to win. Giving up to these fools would be the weakest thing we can do. Who is with me on this plan?

    some points i'd like to raise

    first, jon, you discount the chances of a ********** even being successful, but others on this site who seem to have connections with people with a background in chargebacks or even with personal experience paint a more positive picture. apparently, the chances of success range in the 90s%? you yourself have admitted your background is in criminal law and not unsecured credit, so why is it that you think chargebacks would ultimately be refused based on gambling? why would it be fraud if the basis for the ********** was a failure to render services as promised? hasnt that most certainly occured?

    second, i personally was told that i would have my money by monday the 26th. definitively. i used that exact term and i asked more than once. the rep wrote yes. so what is really the point of waiting until friday as some sort of magical date to **********? definitively must mean different things in the US and aruba or costa rico or wherever they operate. seems to me that there is plenty of ammunition to support a claim that sportsbook has failed to render adequate service already without having to wait until friday.

    now i am not saying that sportsbook is evil, just incredibly incompetent in dealing with this crisis. i have used them for a few years and i have found that they paid pretty quickly, notwithstanding some complaints that have been mentioned by the moderator. based on their past history, i would be inclined to believe the odds of receiving the money are more like 80-20, but that being said, we are living in the age of prohibition, this time against online gaming. too many of the wrong people are making money, and those that arent have stronger lobbyists. whether we get paid in this round or not, i believe that the problems and delays in getting payouts are here to stay. i believe SB is facing a huge backlog of legitimate payouts, so i do not think a mob of protestors with threats of chargebacks will affect the speed of their processing.

    but the scary question to me is this: what if sportsbook doesnt have a new processor? what if this is all sunshine and train whistle smoke to distract us while the time period to issue chargebacks expires? id much rather call ********** tomorrow, find out exactly where i stand in terms of the deadline, initiate proceedings and be pleasantly surprised when sportsbook pays out. then i will cease the proceedings. this is just CYA. at the very least, the continuous deadlines from SBs reps and the passing of those deadlines have done nothing to suggest i should keep waiting.

    What a crock. I've been told 1 thing after another for the past 3 weeks. Maybe I would believe them if they atleast were CONSISTENT with the stories and timeframes. I've gotten a few hours to 48 hours for the last 2 weeks.

    Now it is up to 48 hours. If I don't here anything by Friday, I'm calling in my credit card for a **********. I'm tired of wasting my time. What if they are just coming up with these delays to allow the time period for credit card chargebacks to elapse. What if they are just collecting as many deposits as possible until everyone catches on. Who knows what they are doing over there.

    HAS ANYONE OUT THERE RECEIVED ANY SORT OF PAYOUT FROM SPORTSBOOK.COM????????

    I am employed by this company and play on it myself I assure you all that you will all get your money

    there is a problem with the processor but it is getting fixed just give it a bit of time

    I have seen cash being sent and received by people in the past few days
