    just got off the phone with david at sportsbook "theres no need for you to call everyday, as stated before we would like for you to recieve for funds within the next month" i cant believe they are now telling me this??? at least they are telling the truth now...but we wont get that money...sportsbook.com worst company in the world

Look at my old posts...I was all for a **********....but a couple of the original posters on this thread pm'd me & told me to be patient.....so I was patient & now I am patient & paid.     I think it's possible that they sent the information to processors the 27th along with info for many other dates... and they just got way too backed up and it would be impossible for them to send all our withdrawals as well as deal with all the banks regular customers... just think of what a pain in the ass it is for the bank to just have thousands upon thousands of requests to deal with along with what their normal business would have been. I think we need to stay optimistic and wait it out till the end of next week before anyone freaks out. if commonsense got paid there is still hope he badmouthed so many people im surprised they didn't try to cancel his sh*t and keep his money for being a true d*ckhead... it's people like him that are making everyone freak out.. give it till the end of next week and if nothing happens then we can bombard them with chargebacks or start planning alternative actions.. I think the money is on it's way.. they just didn't anticipate that this could get as out of hand as it did...

    TOLD ME MY FEDEX withdrawl on MAR 26 is "IN PROCESSING"

    whatever the fock that means. Either its pending or processed.

    It seems like they just made up a new phrase.


    Last week they said it would be sent out by end of last week.

    Monday they said by end of this week.

    i talked to diego the other day and he was all let's make a deal... on the phone you can tell if someone is giving you a straight line of sh*t... and this guy had a some honestly in his tone of voice... I dont think they are bad people over there, i think they just aren't to business savy and don't really know how to handle this huge problem... not many companies could handle this sh*t it's out of hand

    I honestly would rather them take their time and get this sh*t settled... instead of them trying some sneaky sh*t to transfer all these funds and get f*cked and then we will have no chance of seeing our money.. there is no way all these posters are employees of sportsbook.com and if they are this is way more f*cked up then i had ever imagined. It's like some movie sh*t and they are infiltrating us and messing with our minds.. I am going to copyright this story for a crazy blockbuster

    Just got off the phone with a Sports.com Guy

    My deal is with Sports.com, but they are all affiliated with sportsbook.com and, thus, having the same withdrawal issues. I requested a wire withdrawal on March 21 for $3,000 and one on March 23 for $1,000.

    I just got off the phone after a 20-minute conversation with Diego from sports.com. Any of the stuff he told me could be total B.S., but if it was, he was pretty good at it. Here's the gist of what he said.

    He's been with the company 3 1/2 years. I told him I noticed that as of mid-February, withdrawals started getting slower and slower. He said the U.S. govm't has put lots of restrictions on how off-shore companies can pay their U.S. customers. Many of their previous options, Neteller, etc. are no longer options. He said they needed to find a new processor to handle the withdrawals. That backed everything up 2-3 weeks while they made the change over. He also said right now it is VERY slow in the gambling biz, nothing like football season. He said he understands everyone's frustration as he gets calls from over 100 sportsbooks that his call center handles.

    But he assured me over and over again that my money is safe and I will be getting it. In fact, he told me the withdrawal I made on March 21st was SENT on April 3, but he said allow 7-10 business days. He also said, "Honestly, it may take up to 15 days fro some. But you will be gettting your money." He also said that my withdrawal from March 23 is "Still Pending." So, there's something with the w/d after the 23rd. Don't know.

    He said he's seen some bad times in the time he's been there and "this change over is getting lots of people frustrated, but everyone needs to remember that their money is safe and they will be getting it." He said lots of people are doing the ********** thing, etc. and that's not helping them b/c they will be banned from playing in those sportsbooks.

    So, did I believe him? Actually, yeah. Am I a sucker? Probably. But we'll see if my money shows up in the next few days.

    People... i used to work for sportsbook... im from costa rica now living in miami... a friend of my husband stated having the same problem as you do so i stated to reaserch about it because i knew the company...

    I CAN HELP YOU WITH ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE!!! after reading forums like this one i called up a friend in costa rica and he happens to still works in the customer service! any questions and i will ask him!!! he is a trusting person, he tells me how frustrainting it has been for him to have to tell people the same thing over and over for over a month, that its not that he and the rest of the cs clerks are lying to you, itīs just that they donīt have any more info and there is no place they can find more...

    he told me that the payout are real real real slow, speacially with checks, that wires seem to be getting processed faster.. but that the money is getting sent out!

    My friends in Costa Rica understands your frustraition and im willing to help so... Here we are! my friend and i will help you with all th e questions you have...

    That's what I'm saying. I've tried to believe them through many rounds of this whole situation.

    It took them 23 days to figure out the wire has not actually been sent on 3-21????

    The Latest Excuse: After waiting another 17 busines days for my money....My 9k withdrawal processed on 3-21 was actually sent on 4-4. Another 10-15 "business" days I'm told. I'm so ....ing pissed about this whole thing.

    One other thing: Why would anyone reload with them? Even the people that were supposively paid. They will never see another dime of my money.

    Paying or Stalling for Time?

    What does everyone think about this new development of the processor delay? If they know the exact dates the processor has sent out wires received on certain days from them, then they have certainly known about this second delay for a while and been feeding us total lies. Now they expect us to wait another two weeks plus any made-up holidays? Can't SBR or any of these forums that advertise for them do anything?

    i dont think sbr advertises sportsbook.com, and i dont think they want anything to do with this situation.. at least they are letting us use their boards.. they are getting an excessive amount of hits to their site because of it.. thats better then being directly associated with sportsbook.com

    Marc, it's irritating that they seem to be picking and choosing who they wanna pay. I requested my wire on the very day (3/11) that option became available. And I have yet to receive my piddly $2700, when you've rec'd tens of thousands. I should've been paid before any of ya!

    the only reason i think people are actually getting paid is there are definately a few people who were just as pissed as i am, and then got paid. especially scott james, he even gave out his phone number and sh*t and offered to show you the check.. where is that guy, i love that guy

    i still say they are a scam company I still hope we all do get paid but they have told oh so many lies that nothing they say is believable anymore!!!! if they would have told me my wire would take a month and a half to begin w/ I would have been okay it is allllll of the lies these guys tell.. absolutely UNREAL
