over -- thats funny -- im just a bit relieved at this point - i never intended to risk that much - i had always re-deposited knowing i had x amount coming from them and was never really worried about it as it always had -- when they used ach it was great -- money was there in 2-3 days tops

supposedly they were using more than one processor for bank wires and something happened -- i really have never been told what except that groups of wires didnt go through and they were getting those lists and re-sending them -- supposedly the re-sending part is quicker than original withdrawal requests -- only time will tell.

i also truely think they have full intentions of doing their best to get everyone their money -but who knows what other problems come up along with the way or how long the current processors last - plus we know this has and will have major impacts on the future revenue - but im sure they have many people who had deposited and lost and never made a withdrawal so are unaware of any of the events and waits that have happened.

If by any chance on the 14 business day the wire hasn’t posted, then get in touch with us and we’ll start a trace to locate the funds, as a wire trace can only be initiated after 14 business days have gone by, but at the moment there hasn’t been a case were this has been necessary.

drunken - how true that is -- like my one chat were the guy told me the funds should already be in my account -- REALLY -- and then asked me if it was a wire or a check --- I feel for you guys who use the chat or even the CS reps -- If you have the chance to be platinum - do it -- they really are a world better - I dealt with the same people and same manager - about 3-4 total throughout the past month who all knew the entire situation and called or emailed me when they said they would (for the most part) and gave me good or bad news - whatever they knew at the time

I have been lurking on this thread for a while and appreciate the information everyone has shared, so I thought I'd post to inform all that I got paid via wire this morning. The wire was for a large amount and things were looking bleak as my "processed" date from SB was March 12. If it was actually sent on that date that means it took 18 business days.

Although I'm relieved I got paid, I'm still pretty pissed about the situation and likely will not use SB again. They lied to me several times, including earlier this week when they promised to trace my wire, but did not (in the end, this worked out fine for me because, if you believe them, the only way to trace funds is to recall them back into the account thereby starting the process over again). The whole thing is pretty bad -- I have been using SB for years and if they were having processor problems as it appears they were, they should have been up front about things instead of lying at various stages and creating expectations they were not sure could be fulfilled. being honest as always -- i cant say never - however at this time it will be a while if ever...they still have a way to go to make customers feel their funds will be paid in the timeframe they give out (regardless of what that is)..with the way the industry is right now...i dont want to ever be concerned like this again - it was my own fault - if it would have been just 1 withdrawal I wouldnt of been as concerned because i knew the risk - i never really knew of processor problems - I thought more of the site itself -- my ignorance - thats how I discovered sbr as well - i have no urge in trying anyone else -- for years I used sportsbook.com and without any problem - i wish the situation was handled a bit differently, like everyone as well.

as far as tracing -- i requested it early on and they told me the same thing that it would have to be cancled and restart the process -- esp after the one that was sent on the 19th arrived and the one that was sent on the 13th did not -- i dont know what they did but they were able to figure out that it was not done correctly and would be re-sent - which is what i was told this past Monday - i never did get a second official conformation but was told to expect it by today, monday at the latest and for once they were accurate

one more word -- as hard as it is -- freaking out really doesnt help much - i did it early on, i was on here day and night trying to grasp for anyone that had any additional info for me -- i know once again -- easy for me to say now because I have been paid -- i understand - but for those going through this over the past week or two, there are many that are waiting since Mid-Feb - try and be patient and stay on top of it, but I do think it will come - the hope for you is that something doesnt go wrong with the current wire or check processors they have

I've been following this thing from the start. On Feb 20th I tried to Withdraw about 9k from these guys, and like the rest of the people on here, I have been getting the lies, run around, and bs for almost two months. It's been very stressful.

On March 17th, I started the ********** process with my credit card company. I called the number on the back of the card and was basically honest with them about the whole situation. They issued temporary credit on my card and told me to fill out the paperwork they would be sending me in a couple of days. I followed through with this about 5-7 days ago.

Today, when I tried to login in to my account, the screen read that my account had been disabled and that I needed to call an 800 number they provided.

I called and was informed that they had to pay my bank $2000 dollars in chargebacks and that my account would be disabled until I Western Unioned them back the $2000 dollars. I reminded the cs lady that I'm still owed 9k from them and that if they had been upfront and honest with me I would not have even looked into the chargbacks. In total I charged back about 15k, so the rest should be getting processed soon.

After arguing with this dumb bitch, I simply stated the irony of the ** thing. They want me to send them 2k, but they can't, haven't been able to pay me for nearly 8 weeks. What a joke?

I'm pretty sure my wire has been canceled, which was processed on March 19th, and obviously I had not recieved it.

As for using sportsbook again... I'm a poker player primarily, occasionally splurging a little for the casino games. I heard sb.com took ANY kinda credit card so i jumped on it. I depo'd a little and saw one of their 8000 guaranteed tournaments. So i registered for it and ended up winnign the damn thing. 1800 bucks. i then proceeded to leave 200 on the site and donk it off with my ridiculous run of bad luck (and suspicious bad beats). Bottom line, i can get my money faster from other websites, so i'd rather play at places like absolute poker and pokerstars before playing at sportsbook.com again. But thanks for that tourney win SB.com.

don't hold this against me if you don't get it by that date.. it has been said that the wire will be "more efficient" than receiving checks..

so I guess it may be a good thing for them to bunch up wires into one, so that you aren't being charged $75 for let's say 3 wires (45$ in your case ferd)

I will join in the camp thinking that TRUN is not credible and probably is not an employee of sportsbook.com but is an employee and/or associate of theRX or EOG. I have posted extensively on these two sites for over two months and on FezziksPlace for 4 months about sportsbook.com. While there may or may not be a processor issue; the real problem is the free money that sportsbook.com has distributed since the UIGEA went into effect.

First, let me tell you that the employees and sponsors of both theRX and the EOG that are in the United States will be indicted and arrested for wire fraud and upon conviction will serve lenghty federal sentences. I have turned over the names and addresses to both the Clark (Las Vegas) County District Attorney and the US Attorney for the Southern District of Nevada, of the empoyess that I personally know who live in Vegas. So while you might not get financially whole from this debacle, you can rest assured that the long arm of the law will punish those it ensnares in its tenacles.


Now, the REAL problem(s) of Spotrsbook.com; after the enactment of the UIGEA legislation, sportsbook.com a subsidiary of Sporting Bet a public company listed on the London stock exchange decided to sell ALL of its US facing assets to a new operation for $1 while this may have been a sham deal, it did rid the parent company of any future liabilities. Included in the assets of the new company was the customer list of all of Paradise Poker's 3 million+ US customers. Within 30 days of the sale, each and every former Paradise customer was e-mailed or snail mailed at least $20 in free cash and in some cases up to $250. I estimate this free money to be in excess of $100 million. What happened next was entirely predictable, the overwhelming majority of this free money swam from fish taking a shot to the sharks in the water who accumulated large balances on both Cake Poker(skin) and Sportsbook.com/poker. The accumulating effect of all these sharks trying to cash out money that never really existed caused at least a short term cash flow problem and more likely total INSOLVENCY which has been hid behind the processor issue.


I have been censored on both EOG and the RX but again people who you know as the ICEMAN and the SHRINK who both appear regularly on Vegas radio shows and live in the valley BOTH will be locked up sooner rather than later. The balacne of the EOG and RX employees and moderators are in Costa Rica and of course are in cahoots with sportsbook.com. I can assure you if they are also indicted they will be extradited if apprehended.

there is some truth to this, I did start playing on sportsbook because of the free deposit and did very well cuz of all the horrible players... however there is no way in hell that 100 million dollars got shifted around to good players in there pokerroom, over the last few months even during peak periods the biggest games running on there in any kind of significant numbers were 200no limit, just recently 400 no limit has been up. I built my roll up and was destroying the 200nl for a good 6weeks, there were a handful of regulars in these games who were doing well also, i'd say a few dozen who made over 10k like myself in a short period... however there is no fking way a 100 million was lost and shifted around to sharks and such when the vast majority of the games are very very low stakes, its just not possible. I'd say a good majority of the free money was never even capitalized on.

during peak periods there is like 200-300 tables running on the poker site, with 75% of these being very small stakes 50nl 20nl, the other 25% being small to medium stake games like 100-400 nl.... lol!!! at thinking 100 million could be lost to sharks under these circumstances. I was probably the biggest winner in the 200nl game, the highest game they had during this period and let me assure you i did not make millions and there was only a few dozen players in my position doing really well also, there just isn't that many tables running.

so while your premise seems scary and all, take it from someone who made his money playing on nearly every 200nl table during this period(the highest they had)... it just is not possible, there would have to be 5,000 to 10,000 players in my position having made over 10k in last few months, and i was there playing nearly everyday on tons of tables, i'd be suprised if there was over 100 players like me on there doing well(10k plus in this period)

I've also had $25 removed from each of my wires. SB charged me $15 for each wire eventhough they said that withdrawals would be free. My bank, BofA, then charged me an additonal $10 for each incoming wire.

I'm still waiting on 37k, but I only requested it 10 days ago, so I know I've got a wait. From the sounds of things, I'm probably one of the few people who have no jumped back in, taking advantage of the reload bonuses.

It appears that charging back is fairly simple. As long as you are in a position to ********** more than you are owed, there isn't much to worry about
