    i am new to this site, just heard of it last week from another site that i am on. i am also in the same boat as the rest of you,sportsbook.com owes me $$$$. i have been trying from march 10th.... with no luck at all !!! i did a check withdraw march 26th....and they told me it was sent out march 29th. and would take 2 to 3 weeks. i talk to them everyday and not on that "chat" thing that most people use. !!! i call them up and talk to areal person.....and i found out today that my check is not coming by fedex or dhl....it will be coming in the mail !!! hope to hear of people getting money soon by wire or check !!!

    Like i said, it hasn't been sent out. Its been in "processing" since the 15th. When I called sportsbook last thursday, they said it'll be sent out by monday. Of course when i chatted with them yesterday, it still wasn't sent out yet.

    I've been a long time lurker also and am now contemplating a **********. Quite frankly, I was up $400 - $500 before losing all of my profits over the weekend.     By the way, they now told me "1 extra day" meaning if your check was "processed" on March 22nd, then you would have to wait "eleven days" instead of ten.

    On the bright side, today was the day I half-expected them to be closed and gone, so at least that didn't happen.

    I spoke to a very helpful customer service agent today who explained the whole situation and why we were waiting so long. She said the money goes through 2 different banks before it hits our accounts and this institution can only send out so much at a time. They have 28 million that theyre trying to disperse and they have to send out so much a day. If you happen to be part of that batch then you could get your money on day 8 or day 100 depending on how long it takes. Point is we just have to be patient and if you need the money to pay bills youre a degenerate and your family will starve accordingly. If youre real hard up for money send your wife or girlfriend over my place and ill send her back with some cash. Your children will prob die of malnutrition and then youll stop spending your money like an african american monkey ape.

    it does matter that you have aprevious sportsbook.com charge, from a while back.

    it does not mean disputing will be harder, you just have to then say that it was because services were not provided accordingly.

    meaning you paid them and got no goods. if you go this route, it wont matter who teh comapny is, or if you have previous charges by them, tell them you have tried to contact the merchant and they provide no help or information.

    if you say you got no service, and tried to your best efforts to recove rit yourself, it doe not matter what the case is really, unless sportsbook proves they sent you yor money, you will win the dispute no worries.

    this seems believable... what i don't get is why they can't confirm which batch your wire was sent out in, most of us counting the days to 10 is kinda pointless i suppose since we don't know when our wire was sent to us, just when it was sent to the processor. Technically there is a chance my wire on the 22nd has still yet to even be sent to my bank...weak.

    I have been reading this since last week to see how many other people were having problems and didn't plan on posting until I received my wires and/or check, which I haven't, but I had to post today in response to some of the comments.

    I have one wire from 3/13 outstanding and one from 3/20, and a check from last week sometime.

    I have dealt with the fact that I will never see this 5k and will be happy as s**t if it does come in, but Boobie, if you are counting on this cash to get to your little sister's bday party you may want to start walking now or maybe go check out the greyhound schedule. C'mon man, were you not planning on going if you hadn't won this money??? Get yourself together and start earning the old fashion way and use this cash for fun stuff. I don't know who said it earlier, but if you are using this cash to pay bills, you are a degenerate and you might be better served cutting down the time in this forum and focusing on freshening up the ol' resume.

    Good luck on receiving cash to everyone, I truly hope that we all get paid, but considering the whole thing is illegal to begin with, I would start to plan on the alternative.

    What can I say guys I just found this interesting so I had to make sure it was posted on here even though most have probably already read this thread... I am curious about your thoughts on this situatioin and can it be related to ours since "SP" was in the mix at some point and from this post in the other thread I am glad sboo drops these guys...

    Here’s the latest on this situation.

    1. Check deposited March 20 from Greek (processor: SP): Bounced. I received a copy in the mail. Greek instructed me to Fed Ex it to SP which I have now done.

    2. Check deposited March 22 from Greek (processor: SP): Bounced. Copy of check is supposedly in the mail now from my bank to me, but I don’t have it yet.

    3. Check deposited March 15 from Greek (processor: SP): Will bounce. I received a letter from the bank telling me the account the check was drawn on is closed. However, they have still not taken the money back out of my account (it remains on hold—in my balance but not in my available balance) and don’t claim to have sent a copy of the check to me yet, in spite of the fact that this transaction was a week earlier than the two they’ve already formally rejected. Many hours on the phone with many people has not gotten me any information on why this one is taking so much longer, or when, if ever, they’ll send me a copy of the check, which I need in order to seek reissued payment from SP.

    4. Check deposited March 29 from Bodog (processor: SP): Will bounce. I haven’t received any notification in writing, but they’ve already told me by phone that this too is drawn on a closed account and so will be returned, and eventually, hopefully, I’ll get a copy of it. This one is particularly irritating because when I found out the others were bouncing I hadn’t yet deposited this one. So I called Bodog to ask them if I should bother. They supposedly looked up the check number to compare it with a list of those issued from the SP account that had been closed, determined it was from a different more recent account that was fine, and told me to go ahead and deposit it. They were wrong.

    5. Check deposited March 29 from Greek (processor: SP): Same as previous item, except Greek, unlike Bodog, told me when I asked that they had no way of knowing if this check was from the SP batch that was drawn on a closed bank account so they didn’t know if it was any good or not.

    6. The mystery was figuring out the other check on hold. The bank told me there was a sixth check, and they told me the amount, but were unable or unwilling to tell me the payer or the date of deposit or anything else that would enable me to ascertain which check it was. But from the amount, I was able to narrow it down to two possibilities. But both were deposited way back in February and neither was from SP, so it concerned me that someone else was bouncing checks and that it would take this long for it to come to light, meaning various other checks I’d deposited in the interim were presumably now in question.

    After countless hours on the phone stretching over a week, and a long meeting in person at my branch, we finally determined that this was simply a clerical error. Someone in the bowels of the bank had evidently moved the amount of one of the problem checks to hold twice, creating the illusion it was two separate checks for the same amount. They apologized and reinstated the amount back into my available balance.

    So the (hopefully final) tally is five sportsbook checks bounced, four from Greek and one from Bodog, all processed by SP. What I’m supposed to do is provide SP the copies of the checks as I receive them (as I noted above, one I’ve already gotten and Fed Exed on to them), and they will reissue payment. Greek and Bodog both assure me that they take responsibility if somehow I don’t get paid by the processor, and promise that I will be reimbursed for all bank fees, Fed Ex charges, etc. that occur as a result of this fiasco, either by them or SP.

    So I’m out five figures for now. Best case scenario, I eventually get reimbursed in full after a month or more delay from when I initially deposited the checks, and all expenses get reimbursed as promised. Even in that case, this has cost me many, many hours of labor trying to get to the bottom of all this, plus I’m losing the interest and such that I’d be earning on that money during this period, plus I’ve ruined my relationship with my bank bouncing five checks.

    hope your right about the 1k,....it was probably just more of the same B.S.... THAT THEY HAVE BEEN TALKING ALL-ALONG ! YA know you talk to 3 people ya get 3 different answers !!!

    in my experience it seems like the people on the phone bs more and tell you what you want to hear... they always tell me 100% i'll get my wire by 10th business day, the chat people say it may take longer, same with checks...
