    Do any of the platinum members have numbers we can call?

    Do any of the moderators have any means at their disposal to do anything about this?

    The change from 10 days to 15 days is more damning by far than the fact people haven't received their funds yet.

    jhll5, I agree we need to focus on the ********** issues and all get our sh*t straight before we call the cc companies. Services not received is a givin, but what should we say the services were supposed to be........Im thinking if we say gambling, we wont have a chance in hell..............however sometimes honesty is the best policy.........Lets all work together and figure out what we should say to the cc companies.

    i don't see how t can possibly hurt to say the money was for a gambling site. Legally, the banks can't knowingly send money to an offshore casino. SInce they haven't sent the funds yet, if you tell them where it's going, I would think they have to cancel it

    I think if we say a "sportsbook" that is slightly better than "gambling." It's a little bit muddier than poker or casinos. Someone should call their credit card and anonymously ask what the procedure for a ********** is, stating the situation as it stands. Then we'll have an idea of whether these will go through or whether we need to think of new "services"

    I just got a confirmation (from an someon enot connected to sportsbook and only looking out fo rmy interest), that the vendors that have contract with sportsbook.com that are not in the US, have reeceived their standard contracted payment as usual despite whatis happening.

    This is positive for two reasons. First, they have money, second, bsuiness as usual on the not customer side of things.

    I do think this is psoitive. People are freaking out, but they are really trying to get us our money, an dare not looking to pack up.

    I obviously am no more knowledgable than you guys, but I do not htink that what is going on is consistent with a book that is looking to leave.

    They are just really not having any success with fixing their serious problem and getting customer stheir moeny.

    I do not think they are running with anyones money, but I also see no progress that they have figure dout how to get it to us.

    here is what i think is going on. If your withdrawal hasn't been proceessed yet, then it sounds to me that maybe Jazette is holding off sending out any more wires until they start to see some wires hit. I wonder if they are losing faith in this processor. If anything, thebacklog shuld be decreasing, not increasing

    I'll just say it's a sports website and services were not received. I think Sportsbook.com is stalling everyone so they can get their payments and minimize the number of people reporting chargebacks. Every time I write in it's another excuse and another 24-48 hours. You have to ask yourself, when is enough enough? You know this will go on for weeks as long as we let it.

    EIther they ar egoing to take th e money and not pay anyone, in which case they wont be around for weeks longer.

    OR, they are trying to solve a problem and it will end whenever they actually solve the problem. If it takes weeks, then it will take that long, and if it takes less it will take less.

    It doesnt matter what we do really if they can not sove the problem right, all the pressure we put wont do anyhting.

    update

    it just took 1exactly 10 business days for bodog to clear my echeck deposit.

    so maybe there is some type of hope for sportsbook? if it took that much to clear a echeck-wire, maybe it takes that long to get our withdrawals?

    To charge back now is stupid. unless you are at the very end of the time period allowed for disputes.

    All the hardcore proponents for chargebacks probably cahsed out for less than they depsoited.

    By now, they would have left, or they are going to pay. How long, no one knows, but they have been actively trying to pay, justdoing apoor job of it.

    You have to look at thebig picture sometimes, rather than being so micro focused.

    Some payouts from big books, Bodog etc.. have taken over a month. People just go crazy because psortsbook had less trust to start, but player who played there long time trusted them.

    They will send the money, if they havenot already, it just amtter show long you are willing to wait. Obviously some foyou are less willing to wait, becaus eyou want every reason to ********** because you cashed out less than your deposits, and whne these fools rush into the **********, it will make it harder for everyone else to get teh payments, that spoprtsbook is already having a tough timegetting out.

    I don't think that anyone of us want to charge back our ************. That's why we have waited so long. The real issue here is that sportsbook.com is not following through on what they are telling us.

    If someone lies to you on 5 occassions do you believe them on the 6th? They keep telling their customers 24-48 hours when in fact it has been 30 days. It's not that they told us 2 weeks, and we don't want to wait, it's that they are being deceptive.

    Lol Blaze, if you'd read my earlier posts you'd realize money isn't the issue. I could care less, and actually, the diff between my dep and cashout isn't that diff. As stated, do as you wish, I'm going through with the ********** because I've waited over 2 months and even till this day, I'm still getting told lies after lies after lies...uh..lemme guess..I'm being unreasonable??..YOU can justify all you want, NOT to **********..ur perogative....all I can say is..good luck. Not sure how many posts from individuals you need to read to realize the obvious but....that's on you. All I can say is, I, along with many, have played the "waiting" game.     1 of 2 things will happen,

    1) when my bank requests the chargebacks..and SB says..well..it's sent and wants to dispute, we (bank, myself, sb) will then HAVE to be shown statements, wires, tracking #'s to confirm so they won't be charged back.. If they can't provide that..which they haven't been able to provide their members...cause maybe their lying???? Then I'll get at least something in return.

    2) SB will say look, here's all the info you need, he has been sent the wire...tracking number..everything under the sun..and in this scenario..i'll get my friggen WD and they won't get charged back..

    Either way..I've got nothing to lose..as the money isn't the issue anymore..for me at least. It will just be nice knowing that SB's gotta come up with some real answers now..cause it's no longer my sorry butt bugging them..and I have no reason to give them any worries....but instead..my bank..who will 1) charge them back..or 2) provide me with proof that my money was indeed sent..so..go figure..that's a lot better way then waiting and getting it up the ass day in and day out..i'm a little sore..especially since SB's had that big boot way up in there for quite some time..

    Look at several of TRUN's POST..he PASTED his confirmation of WD...PROCESSED..and sent..from teh 13th!!!! today is day 11th, trust me..he's actually been more of a proponent of SB and waiting than any of you..and even came came to the realization..that he's fudged... POST 570...

    I assure you day 10 for me was yesterday -- do the math - march 13th it went out -I am not counting the 13th -- today is business day 11 - you can believe if you want - but that is what they have told me every day since



    The funds were sent on March the 13th and they should be credited by March
    27th. Other than this, there is nothing else me or any of our representatives
    can add. If you don't get the funds by March 27th please let me know. In
    addition, please make sure the banking instructions provided to us are correct:

    I agree, i know everybodys been lied to, i certainly have lost count, but what the reps suppose to say "i don't know sir, i don't know sir, i couldn't tell you when you will get your money"... yea that wouldn't cause any more problems.

    You should probably look for a new job anyway if you work for Sportsbook. Or is what it states on the website just another one of the terms that mean nothing? It states:

    well blaze..to that i say..to each his own..all i know is..i am no longer dealing with them. dealing with them myself got NO answers, but being the moron that I am...I'll just keep on with my **********. one things for sure, since SB WILL LOSE MONEY..if they don't provide proof..i think I'll at least see some results..even if it's not money..but since ur the genius here, u keep up the diplomatic work for us all...

    part of the problem is that some of us deposited money on the assumption thast when are credit card bills came due, we could withdraw, pay off our bills and redeposit. Now our bills have come, we requested our withdrawals, and didn't get paid. My bills are due on the 31st.. I've been playing with these guys for years. If it wasn't for the fact that I have a on tied up with neteller, I might be willing to give these guys more time. But i can't wait indefinitely for them to pay. And time is clearly on their side.

    From a gamethoery point of view, once other players start initiating chargebacks, the likelihhod f getting paid, dramatically decreases. So if others are going to **********, it only makes sense to join the bandwagon.

    I've been following this thread & the one on covers.com. This one has been definitely proactive when it comes to action against sportsbook. It seems like 80% of you are still being patient, while the the other 20% believe in revenge and looking for some type of action to bring down sportsbook.


    I requested a w/drawal on March 5th and got an email on Thurs., March 15th telling me that they put the funds in my account accompanied w/ a 5% bonus.

    I then, proceeded to make a w/drawal on the 21st, got the first email of the w/drawal. And on the 23rd, got an email from WC, stating that it was sent and it would take 5-7 days, only to go on livechat and tell me that the time frame is 7-10 days.

    I, for one, have been on a tear considering how much money I put in to start w/.

    I've got a couple questions for the ppl who care.

    1) Have you asked if you could transfer money into another book, one that we know that will pay.
    2) Have you guys been wagering, play at the casino, or at the poker room?

    I don't mind waiting for the money to come, as long as they are coming. If they are buying some time, I'm fine w/ that.. just as long as they aren't thinking about leaving.

    I'm done with them. I'm calling my CC after I get out of work today.

    No one is going to see any $$$$. The wires are no good, they don't have anyone to process checks.....If they had we would have all been sent our checks. I'm done waiting.

    If I can go back 3 months, I have to do it now. Cause, I have alot of very large deposits from the beginning of January.

    GLTA....I will post back when my CC ********** is complete & I'll let ya know how much I get back.

    Most likely I will be shooting for 5x my last withdrawal, so I hope I get it all. It will wipe out my whole credit card bill.....

    Oh & GlassJoe.....All my winnings come from BlackJack. I got that thing down pretty good in the last 3 months. I'm pissed about Sportsbook going downhill because of this. I was banking daily of these chumps playing blackjack

    KAMO,

    If you think you make out well on blackjack there, then you shoul d not charge back.

    They dotn appear to be disappearing, and you will forfeit your chance to "beat the chumps in black jack".

    IF they are still here, you have to assume they are trying to send money.

    I dont know, but from a perspective of someone who still is waititng liek all you, has been on this from day one, and also has credit card bills to pay, I still think waititng is still best.

    That may change very soon, but to act now would be stupid. Top books ave taken this long to pay recently.

    how can you be so sure that nobody will get wires or checks at this point? just today someone posted on here getting a wire from betus that took 1 month!! so possibly this is not sportsbook bs, maybe the wires are taking longer then they thought.

    The best I can do is wait until friday...thats it. I have large deposits from Jan 1st that I don't want to miss out on.

    Here's the thing....they may not be going anywhere as you say, but I don't think they are going to be able to find a processor anytime soon.

    I just dont think it will happen for them. They are going to lose revenue, with all th chargebacks, people are going to stop depositing & it's gonna be GAME OVER. I don't want to be waiting around for that.

    BlackJack has been great for me on Sportsbook. I'm am scared to move to another book to play BlackJack, because they all play different (obviously). I know I'm gonna get screwed one was or the other, whether I wait or whether I don't.

    What's screwy about this is i have another withdrawal for 15K that i requested simultaneously. yeah i know its stupid, i
    should have broken it down better. no word on that bigger withdrawal. 2-3 weeks is damn near criminal though.
    Sounds like more stalling tactics to me. Sungus, did you request fedex? I swear i requested fedex, but when i took a look at my receipt, it said "regular mail". Are they trying to delay this even longer???
