    tbettis,
when I said I read the whole thread, I meant pacing myself for the last three weeks or so!..LOL!...I just decided to officially join the daily blotter bashing of sportsbook.com which has gone from an A+ book to a D- seemingly overnight!..

    Da Manster....

If they say it went out the 10th then it was actually mailed on the 11th. Fedex prolly picked it up on the 10th that evening and processed it into their system. So really the 11th would be the first business day. When I finally got paid I believe it went out on a Wednesday and I got it the following Tuesday. So it was like four business days once it was mailed. If they mailed it like they said they did, then you should see it by Monday or Tuesday the latest.

    Anth272,
I was also told by a cs rep over the phone and via live chat, the my check for $2500 on May 30th was sent on July 10 via fed ex...like yourself, I didn't get an email confirmation to prove and/or confirm that was indeed sent out...when I contacted SB over the phone, the cs rep told me that this was due, once again, hold your breath, to the recent processing issues and backlogs!!..RLMAO!!...However, considering this is the first time that they gave me a direct time frame and answer concerning my funds, I will give them the benefit of the doubt this time.

    starbuck,
strangely enough, I've been playing with oddsmaker.com since this whole sportsbook.com fiasco has taken place...want to hear something funny and very strange?!!...I didn't realize that this book is "blacklisted" and "blackballed" by almost every company and website out there that does these offshore reviews until it was too late...Literally, everybody has them listed as D-/F+ book on the brink of bankruptcy, being a scam, slow pay/no pay, blah, blah, blah....but you know what?..I won $6,000 with them and they payed me in exactly two weeks!!...furthermore, they allow up to 4,000 USD per week and one free withdrawal per month and then you have to pay the $40 charge you make more than one withdrawal per calender month...bottom line, these guys are paying much faster than some of these other so-called A+ books!!!...which goes to show, that some of these offshore reviews are nothing but red tape and politics...All shill's and sponsors looking out for one another!...I also play at bookmaker.com and diamondsportsbook....they are both A+ books with super fast payouts..(usually 2-3 business days) and no bullshit excuses about "processing" issues and "backlog" issues....which begs the question...why can some books still pay their customers in a very prompt and timely manner while others like SB, and Bodog are having these processing issues and taking their sweet ole' time and act is if they don't give a rat's ass if we get paid or not, and on top that, lie to us about it?!!

It finally came, got email confirmation. Although they said it shipped on 7-10, email states today. either way....this is a relief.

We thought that you would like to know that your withdrawal from 25-May-07 has
been processed and was sent to you as follows:

The $420.00 was sent on 13-Jul-07 as a check through Federal Express to the
address that we have on file.

Due to the increased amount of checks being sent via express courier as a result
of the changes to our withdrawal methods and policy, the current estimated
delivery time is between 5 and 7 business days. For the same reason, the
tracking numbers for these checks are not made available to us immediately. If
after 7 business days you have not received your check, please contact us and we
will provide you with the tracking number.

Thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we endeavor to minimize
withdrawal delivery times and please remember that we are working hard to bring
you new payment methods which we hope will be available shortly.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions about your
withdrawal or any other issue related to your account.

Good luck and have a great day,

    Megan

    muppetman,
did they tell you july 10th also?!!...like i said, no email confirmation for me other but that doesn't surprise or even bother me for that matter...sportsbook has sent me checks before and the check got to my house before the email confirmation did!..and this was when they were paying customers in a very prompt and timely manner and not having any of these so-called issues so I wouldn't get to hung up on the email confirmation if I were you.

Received a confirm email today for my 5/28 withdrawal. I was told by CS that it was sent 7/10 like several of you. That only means that it was sent to the processor though. They still have to cut the check and send it. Mine was sent via FedEx today (7/13). Will let you know when its in my hands...

    Anth272,
congrats!...don't know about you, but when I get my $2500 I won't ever patronize them again...too many other good books out there that pay fast and have much higher wagering limits and without the stress and hassle of being lied to and not to mention waiting weeks upon months to get paid!

thought I'd pipe up and give ya all some hope

Just received email confirmations on my 3 withdrawals that were "sent out" on 7/10...and just like everybody else, it says it was sent fed ex 7/13...so when they tell you it is sent out, it means it is sent to the processor, not the mail...but i thought u all might get a lil hope that your checks are coming if they say they are...can't wait to have it in my hand though...and they didn't bunch up the 3 withdrawals like i thought they would...they are all for 500 about, and two went fedex, one went dhl, so ...
and about willheim...well ya know...I'm not buying his whole...sportsbook.com is great...I know it isn't, I am a customer there and I've been dealing with the same issues as everybody else. He is an affiliate...and only stands to make money on supporting them on his website and getting referalls... but if he can help I don't see the problem of emailing him and asking him...i'm not saying you have to say you love sportsbook.com or even agree with what he does...i think its unethical to support a company that lies to their customers...and I dont have my hopes up...if he can help get it here faster...i don't see the harm in asking...but if he can't help, oh well..I still have faith I am gonna get paid...i'm not gonna suck his rooster or ask pretty please with sugar on top...and i'm not staying with sportsbook.com after I get my last withdrawal...i'm off to find a more reputable company that might even take a month to get me my withdrawal but has the balls to tell me that when i make my withdrawal...

I use playersonly.com. I received an e-mail stating my June 25th withdrawal was processed on July 13th (today). I also got an e-mail saying they now have an ACH system in place and I could change my withdrawal to ACH method. Did anybody else get this?? Any input?? Should I just leave well enough alone??

I am not familiar with playersonly.com but I would assume they are connected to sportsbook.com and jazzette...and umm...as far as ACH...thats what...a wire or an EFT? I'd stick with the checks right now...they seem to be working...I got an email 2 1/2 months go saying I could do just that, their wire was alot faster...and now look...I'm just getting my withdraw finally sent out because they lost their wire, never sent mine, returned it to my account, and then took a month to process my check...plus if they claim it was sent and your bank doesn't get it, it will take months upon months for them to initiate a trace and determine that it didn't get there...i'd stick with fed ex...just my two cents

and not trying to excuse them, because a respectable company would have already had a backup plan in place to pay their customers in a timely fashion, and if they were stuck in a rut, they would tell the customers the truth, but with all the trouble with payment processors because of the U.S. crappola, I would assume it would take quite a while to line up enough payment processors to reasonably handle all the sites that jazzette manages. You wouldn't just hand over millions upon millions of dollars to somebody you just met just because they say they can be trusted. I believe some of what sportsbook.com said about having to use trials with the processors to make sure they were capable of handling the job, that way they didn't make an even bigger mess out the one they were already in. I just didn't like the lies and the CS...so I don't really see myself sticking with them, even if they are paying in a few days, because I can easily find somebody more reliable than they are, so why would I put myself in the position to be back on this thread in another 3 months bitching about how they wont pay??

    srhspaded,
I concur with those sentiments 100%....when I receive my $2500, I'm through with sportsbook.com...I don't know if you read my previous posts, but I was a May 30th withdrawal and this crap of waiting over 6 weeks to get paid is inexcusable and not acceptable...not to mention the sleepless nights and aggravation it cost me worrying about if I will ever receive my funds or not.

Same exact confirmation at the same time from both Players Only and Superbook.I still have 1 more withdrawal from Superbook and they said it will be processed very soon.

I might put a few bucks back in just to toy around with the mini risk free bets they give.

The following is by far the most positive response I have gotten from fieldgoal.com yet concerning my withdrawal.

-Hello, my name is Ahmed Jones. How may I help you today?

-Can you give me an update on my June 6th withdrawal request ? When is it going out ? I ask because I see where a lot of the Jazette owned books are starting to pay more frequently now but I haven't heard anything from fieldgoal.com about my withdrawal.

-Ahmed Jones: Your withdrawal of $2,000.00 is currently in processing to be sent as a check by DHL express courier. We anticipate this to be completed within the next few days. Once sent, you will be emailed confirmation.

-Thanks for the good news Ahmed.

I was actually encouraged at the fact that he did find my withdrawal rather quickly and he knew the correct amount without me telling him (lol). Seriously, more times than not, the csr's that I get at fieldgoal.com (Darren Lee and Holly) can't even find my withdrawal's on the first try. I noticed on an earlier post here from someone who was referencing a chat with a csr from sportsbook.com was quoting Darren Lee. So, I guess they just sit around in a boiler room copying and pasting responses to all of Jazette's unfortunate clients of which I am one.

Thanks for your support Da Manster. I still have 15.5k going nowhere at Linesmaker.com. I am happy everyone else is starting to get paid but I still can't get my head around why it is so difficult to pay International players. I mean this whole legislation was put there to make it difficult for those of you in the US to transfer money. Yet you are all getting your money(slowly) and we are left high and dry without even a single withdrawal option available to us.

So, i get a tracking number for my fedex shipment and i call fedex. it never left. apparently the processor never scheduled a fedex pickup. so, basically, they printed the shipping label and it still hasnt left the facility.

Anybody else that had a withdrawal sent this week. Contact live chat...they will provide you the tracking number for FEDEX. According to FEDEX...they printed a shipping label on the 10th of July, but still havent scheduled a pickup , so no shipment has even left.

Can you others check with them and see where your at? I want to know if i am the only one still sitting there 5 days after they stated it 'shipped'

So, i guess i'll just check fedex.com everyday and pray they eventually contact fedex to pick this up

    Hi Mark Shark,
yes, I can sympathize with you!...Is linesmaker.com an affiliate with sportsbook.com or the Jazette family?!!..I never heard of them before...Anyhow, getting back to the point, your response is exactly the point that I am making...How can sportsbook.com have the nerve to tell us the reason for extremely slow pay for U.S. customers and the reason why they are having "processing" and "backlog" issues is because of the recent anti-gambling laws in the United States but then totally neglect and stiff their international players?!!...International players shouldn't be effected one damn bit by these new stringent anti-gaming laws which for the most part applies and deals directly with banks transfering funds for gambling and gaming purposes...that's the irony of it..one would think the current situation with some these books would be exactly the opposite in regards to payment issues...Do you have an account with SB.com?!!...because as you can see from the above, aforementioned threads, it seems that SB is finally starting to click on all cylinders and pay people out...A lot of us got email confirmations on the funds being sent out so hopefully by early next week this forum will start sounding like a cash register (CHA-CHING, CHA-CHING) with everybody confirming payments received via FED EX/DHL!...I will certainly keep you and the rest of the forum updated and posted.

this had happened to me 3 times in the last 6 weeks. They schedule a label and in 3-6 days they pick it up and you have it the next day. I have a check coming via dhl that they received the shipping info on July 10 and it still has not been picked up.

    Anth272 and Rolltide,
Did either of you get this generic "cut and paste" response from cs rep Ahmed Jones when inquiring about a FED EX tracking number?!

Ahmed Jones: Unfortunately, the provision of FedEX tracking numbers for withdrawals is slower than usual due to the increased volume of checks sent via this method. The recent change in our withdrawal policy means that the majority of customers are now receiving checks via FedEx.

Thank you for your patience and understanding, and please do contact us again if your check does not arrive within 7 business days.

I went round and round with this clown and told him that sheer volumes don't have a damn thing to do with tracking numbers..I specifically told him, in a nutshell, that Fed ex always has the tracking number IMMEDIATELY available whenever they ship a package out!...he couldn't grasp this concept and his feeble mind struggled with it...of'course, as usual with cs reps at SB, the only thing I could muster out of him with the typical bullshit "cut and paste" answers that they give to everybody.....however, having said all that, I'm still not sweating the tracking number when it comes to this book...As I stated in a previous thread, I've been dealing with sportsbook.com for six years now and the check always arrived at my house before I got the tracking number via email!..and this was when they were paying out superfast and were credible and legit!

    To everyone waiting

I called fedex and got the processor info. I t does seem that that sportsbook.com does have a new processor because it is coming from a different company and location than previous checks. They didnt have a phone number, just a location and company name. i am going to try contact them directly. I wont post this info for obvious reasons.

    More to everyone waiting

I was unable to get any contact info on this company. They seem to be a ghost. Nothing on google, nothing on msn yellow pages and no listing with 411. Only thig i could fing on google is that many people have been paid by this company from other books, mostly oddsmaker. Its coming from a liget bank from the company. people have stated that they tried to cash them but couldny because of lack of company info and had to deposit the, but it doesnt seem that they had a problem other than there baks putting a hold on them.

Thanks Rolltide for doing all the legwork. Good info....plus the discretion to leave out info that doesn't need to be posted in a public forum.

I actually prefer the fact that this processor is virtually invisible via Google.

I know that processor...they are legit!...I also book with oddsmaker.com....Got paid my $6000 in exactly two weeks and no problems with deposits as the checks cleared right away!..I don't know if you a previous post of mine, but I addressed oddsmaker as being a good solid book despite the fact that they are almost "blacklisted" and "blackballed" by every website and forum that does offshore reviews of bookmaking companies and they are always being slammed as fraudulent, slow paying, a scam, on the verge of going belly-up and filing for bankruptcy, blah, blah, blah...and their grade is always a D-/F+ but yet this supposedly "crappy" book pays me $6,000 in two weeks time without any hassle or any fuss while other A+/B rated books are giving customers the run around about "processing" and "backlog" issues and lying to them as well as to why they have to waits weeks and sometimes months before getting paid on their withdrawals....what the hell is wrong with this picture?!!..LOL!..well, I hope you are more encouraged now...for what it's worth, if banks put a hold on a check, it's the banks fault not the processor's...banks that do this suck for the most part and shouldn't be trusted or dealt with, and he/she should consider switching banks if this happens more than once.
