    Any non-US and non-Canada players been paid via this $2500 check method yet? I am still waiting for multiple checks, any feedback appreciated.

    Sam Molloy: Unfortunately DHL can only send withdrawals to US addresses, if you cannot supply an alternative US address. I would recommend that you either cancel the funds and have them returned to your account or hold out for an alternative withdrawal option as we hope to have ACH available again soon

    it's absolutely ridiculous that they have no means of paying non-amercians. If you can do a **********, that's might be your best bet at the moment

    What really gets me, is that all of the cs people are pathological liars. I wnated them to explain to me why they kept telling me that the check was in the mail, if the check was never sent. FOr over a month now, they kept insisting that the processor sent the funds. SO when I asked why they were telling me for the past month that the check was sent, they backtracked and try to preten that they never said the check was mailed. RIcky, tried to claim that all I was ever told was that the funds were sent to the processor, and that the processor would be sending the funds.

    Thanks Marc, I can't do a **********. Funds were deposited via neteller and as far as I am concerned could be returned there, TONS of US sites still allow neteller for their non US/canadian customers.

    At the moment, basically, I can't get the funds. Its a large amount and is the second time this year I have been stiffed.

    How would anyone recommend I proceed?

    I am pushing for them to let us open an account with Linesmaker.co.uk and then transfer our money across. This way we can use Neteller to get our money. I don't think they will go for it but we have no other options available to us.

    Linesmaker.co.uk does NOT appear to be a Jazette managed company. The softare is different, and they use a different cashier

    Linesmaker is an independantly owned company. They pay Jazatte to manage their US facing book. Looks like they pay someone else to manage thier international facing book. If you hvae an account at linesmaker.com, you should be able to send an email to mike@linesmaker.com and ask if he could move your funds over to linesmaker.co.uk. But I doubt you could go from sportsbook.com to linesmaker.co.uk. WHat you mightbe able to do is go from sportsbook.com to linesmaker.com to linesmaker.co.uk

    If paying all their cusotmers had ever been a major concern, they would have gotten a seprate processor just to handle thier international clients a long time ago.

    checked on live help for payout update today. I requested a check on 5/31 and today was told it was still in the queue and not yet sent to the processor. Of course they apologized for the delay.

    Yeah I have a withdrawal from 5/28 that has yet to be sent too. You'll probably get yours before I get mine though. That seems to be the way they work.

    Yes indeed, it does seem that everyone's favorite DHL processor has gone AWOL. I have 5 pending, including the oldest submitted on 5/16 and supposedly "processed" on 5/21 and another submitted on 5/18 and "processed" on 5/25, yet Mr. DHL has not visited my doorstep in a long time. My oldest "unprocessed" submittal was on 5/25.

    Perhaps the mods will be willing to try & get a better answer as to whether they are again processorless than we can get in the lies we receive from CS personnel.

    Hi guys

    I have been watching this board for a long time.I received a$10k wire on Feb12th and after that 2 checks for $2k
    There is one on the way for $2.5K and shouldget it on wednesday(verified the fedex tracking#)

    My shit luck that I am winning every bet I make but having problems getting money out.I have about 4 more checks for 2.5K in the queue for which they told me that it will be sent out this week

    Anybody gotten money lately? Request April 21st for 3,000... which was put back into my account....and rewithrawn via two 1,500 checks on May 28. No word yet. All I get are lies from the cs reps at sportsbook.

    Worst part is I am not much of a sports better...I made all of my money on sportsbook poker. It's the worst poker software ever but kept me coming back b/c the players are so terrible.

    Hi All,

    I requested US$500 from them well over 5 weeks ago via wire. After receiving an email that my funds were on the way, nothing for 4 weeks. I emailed them, twice, to find out what was going on and they admitted that they had lost their wire processing facility and that I would have to request a cheque.

    They told me to request the cheque even though I am outside of the US, and after I did this only then did they tell me that they couldn't send a cheque to persons outside the US.

    Two nights ago I received an email from them which admits that they are unable to pay me at all.

    This is outrageous - particularly since they are still advertising "Fast Reliable Payouts" on their webpages. That would have to be false advertising wouldn't it?

    Unfortunately, we can not transfer funds from one sportsbook to the other. As you probably saw, we use a completely different platform, and work as independent companies therefore have no method for transferring funds.


    I would suggest that you open an account with LinesMaker International (www.linesmaker.co.uk), check out or odds and sports, since they are different from LinesMaker.com; and once you get your money, and if you like our product, make a deposit.

    If anybody there would tell the truth, I'd love to hear their rationale why a handful of Americans (e.g Marc) have received checks from a German processor, however it is impossible for players outside the US to be mailed a check from the US processor.

    While I'm not in exactly the same boat as you guys, I feel really bad for you.
