Lets face it nobody really knows who will be good in the pros

Almost impossible to gauge via college

Aaron Murray would be first one to get drafted. He adjusts very well to playing with unknown receivers win after week meaning it's the QB who is good and not the receivers who make the QB look good.

He is the closed to Andrew Luck than any of the other QB's in college right now.

Murray is the safest pick to be an NFL starter along with McCarron. Both have been college starters for what seems like the past decade.

We will get a free shot contest to let everyone predict the first 2 or 3 QB's taken. Murray has fallen pretty hard lately but he was phenomenal in the almost win conference championship last year.

    I'll go
    Round 1
    1. Johnny Football
    2. Sean Mannion
    3. Bryce Petty
    Round 2
    4. AJ McCarron
    5. Marcus Mariota
    6. Zach Mettenberger
    7. Aaron Murray
    Round 3
    8. Teddy Bridgewater
    9. Derek Carr
    10. James Franklin

lol, Im Assuming you think Hundley will stay in school?

Bryce Petty and Sean Mannion? They are Kiiff Kingsbury all over again, and will be an OC in College within 5 years.

AJ is nothing more than Kellen Moore

    Mettenburger/Murray can ball

    Johnny of course can play

MM I have no clue how to project

Bridge water will be an NFL starter for the next 10 years

Derek Carr very hard to project

James Franklin no chance to be an NFL Starter

I don't understand how Murray has fallen off lately? Do you think scouts scout the polls or what the player does on the field? Scouts are actually impressed with what he can do without starting WR's and RB's. His stock is actually going up.

Bridgewater is okay but he's a typical black quarterback

If he's lucky he'll go 8-8 in the NFL

teams that might take a qb in the first round:

    jaguars
    buccaneers
    cardinals

however I don't think their is a clear favor among the QBs on who will be drafted first. Even on Manziel you can make the argument that he is not a first rounder. I think only 2 quarterbacks will be taken in the first round, but its still too early to project who those 2 will be

I'm so sick of JF nut licking, seriously it's old now. You know who my MVP is for the Aggies on offense?

    Mike Evans.

How many times have you seen JF just toss up a jump ball into coverage and Mike Evans catches it simply because he's too big and strong for a college corner to cover. When JF throws for 350-400 yards, Evans has 250+ every time. I can't stress it enough that JF makes A LOT of stupid throws that would get you benched in the NFL because they would be INT's, but college corners simply can't match up with Mike Evans.

It's all about where they land. I've seen some ballers lands in terrible situations, and some hamburgers flourish under a solid system.

If that much is the premise, you have to rank based on your specific system or go most talented.

When you're ranked as the best QB in the country and second best overall, chances are you'll be a 1st round pick at MINIMUM barring injury

Johnny doesnt go before at least 5 qbs...way too many questions marks in areas pro teams look at such as decision making and durability. Homers are gonna hate it, but thats the facts. Exciting plays and throwing up prayers dont impress scouts as much as they impress the fans. Kid can throw and is accurate but so can these other top college qbs. And in the end, the majority of them will bust in the league.

Almost every updated mock draft I have seen shows him being the 4th or 5th QB selected and a top 15 pick now.

Aaron Murray will get drafted first, followed by Bridgewater. They're the most pro-ready, IMO.

The problem with Mariota, Manziel, and Miller is that the NFL is already adapting quickly to the new generation of mobile QBs. Miller, in particular, will lose a TON of value moving from college to the pro level. The scrambling is not something he can rely on against the bigger, faster defenders. Just like RG3 needed to adapt to protect himself from taking hits, so will Miller have to make changes, however Miller's arm is not at the same level as others. He'll be a late round pick.

Same deal for Manziel/Mariota in needing to protect themselves, however both of them have great arm strength, are smart decision-makers, and have a good work ethic. They'll be 2/3rd rounders. Manziel will also have to deal with the "he's too short" criticism (he's just under 6'0"), which will likely push him down a little bit.

We sure have a lot of varying opinions. SK if you just go on the prototypical NFL QB AND you need a starter from the pick then Murray is a solid and safe pick. No way he is the most talented QB of the bunch though. I have to disagree with you on Manziel. He is a Drew Bress type passer that will sell seats and can read through 4 options. Brees was a high 2nd round pick as I recall.
