    Baylor

Baylor opened the season 200/1 to win national championship... SVP just said in vegas it is now 6/1... a sportsbook said they had a huge enough bet put down they had to drop it to that...

How big of a bet could it have been to make a sports book move a futures prop that much??

Limits on futures is $50,000 but whales can get past those limits so I would say at least 80,000 esp.since the bet was placed when Baylor was 75 to 1

One of the more idiotic bets someone ever placed. Big 12 is firmly ranked 4th in the "power rankings" and barely above the Big 10 for 5th. Even if they run the table, one loss teams from the SEC, PAC-12 or even the ACC would beat them out for a spot in the title game. Hell, I could even see someone taking a two loss team from the SEC over Baylor.

Big 12 is way too weak for them to get a push. No to mention Baylor played absolutely no one out of conference.

Schedule is pretty soft. Could possibly play 1 or 2 top 25 teams all year. Not sure who is beating them...

I think Baylor has ZERO chance to even get into the Championship Game, let alone win it
