Extremely windsy day at the ballpark in Detroit tomorrow.

Forecast to be blowing from the right field foul line to the foul pole in left (WSW @ 21 MPH) and shifting to dead out to left as the game progresses.

Not the best news for a pitcher like Jarrod Parker with a high FB ratio and several multiple home run games under his belt this year.

Total opened @ 7 and is creaping up.

Just a heads up, plan accordingly.

Both teams ice cold offensively so far.

Anybody got stats on Anibal Sanchez or Jarod Parker when pitching on extended rest?

Billy the tigers are useless. They scored 3 runs in in the first inning in game 1. You won't hear much from them for the rest of the series. The A's are a better ball club . The A's will bring it.

Tigers aren't playing in the Grand Canyon anymore.

Their bats will come to play tomorrow.

I agree billy is a sharp guy.

But at the end of the day your still guessing if you bet this game or any game in this series that max isn't involved.

    Am I wrong?

By your logic, how many runs have the A's scored?

My limited memory has them at 3 as well.

You are not bringing anything factual into the discussion, merely an opinion.

LB acts like As are some superior team with superior edge...Tigers should be coming home with 2-0 lead...only reason its split is cause Leyland bone head move to bring in Porcello trying to get a ground ball instead of a strike out.

game is another complete toss up.

if anything like billy said slight edge goes to Tigers with Parker being a flyball pitcher and the winds. Sanchez has nasty stuff and when he is on, can strike out 7-10 per 9. not a good sign for a team that has K'd 29 times already.

juice only matters if you lose.

Tigers pretty close to a lock tomorrow. Jarod Parker gave up 7 ER's twice in his last 3 starts...

    Tigers RL easy.

This is the edge at first glance. It would stand to reason that A's lineup will see a high lefthanded bias as well. Donaldson and Cespedes may be your only right handed hitters.

Temperature is not a factor here. I will be around 60 degrees. As Coiner and those of us who have been in the ballpark dozens of times can attest, this wind pattern will carry a ball quite well to left field.

both these guys pitched 2 games each last yr on playoffs vs each other's team .so that is good enough rest data for you. and all 4 went under.

detroit on a 8 gm. under streak. and migeul is injured. he has 2 extra base hits all sept. i've already wagered the under 7 but may have to back out on wind. i've never known wind to be a big factor in detroit, but i'll check.

juice kills. it means a higher juice /higher win rate to turn a profit..

the books makes its profit by the juice. and you want to play into that??

everyday its a battle with the book manager and the juice on his damn lines.
