with you here BD. My initial lean is Georgia but I'm worried about them letting down after a big W at home. I figured Tennessee would not cover this week because of Georgia coming to town but I did not expect them to win by only a TD and give up 24 points to South Alabama. Georgia should torch Tennessee's D (look at their last 3 games, not good). The only thing I'm worried about is a Georgia let down on the road.

That said, Georgia is still hands down the better team. Tennessee not very good on both sides of the ball. I expect Georgia to win by 14. Will wait and see what the line does though

I can almost assure you that if UGA is ahead by 3 points with 3 minutes left in the game and they have an 80 yard drive to get a TD, Richt is not saying to himself "Let's get a touchdown AND get a 2pt conversion so gamblers can make some money."

They are the teams that top quality SEC teams circle as wins without an after-thought. Unless Peyton puts on Tennessee Orange again for one more game, Tennessee will lose. Sure UGA prepare hard every week, but Tennessee is a garbage team.

This is COLLEGE FOOTBALL. South Carolina will run through their SEC schedule (Florida is not beating South Carolina or UGA), so UGA will want to win all of their games just so there is no tiebreaker conversation at all. If either of these teams want anything better than some shit Outback Bowl they will need to win the SEC and winning the East is where that starts.

agree with all that. When i say letdown, it means I am worried about them covering not whether they win/lose. They know they are better than tenner, tenner knows that too. I just am worried about Georgia just getting enough done to win as opposed to the whoopin they would normally put on them given they didnt' have a big W over LSU this past weekend

Just graduated a year ago from Tennessee and I can tell you that thats a trap line for georgia.
