The Rays would play the Indians in Cleveland on Monday if there's a three-way tie. The winner of that game gets the first wild-card spot while the loser plays the Rangers in Texas on Tuesday. The winner of that game gets the second wild-card spot.

Should add that the home team for the wild card game on Wednesday will be determined by who won the season series between the two winners.

Why does it breakdown that way? Seems weird that Rays/Indians get 2 games and Texas only gets 1 but home field in the game that they do get. Just curious.
