I voted Bears but will probably only use them for contests and shit and not make them official play for real money. Betting road faves with 70% public consensus is -EV.

Steelers Defense due for some big plays and turnovers

Jay Cutler will provide plenty of opportunities

I know Heeeeeeeeeath is probably back, but still don't see Steelers scoring enough. But like I said, no real bet here.

Steelers vets have banned the young players from playing ping pong or shuffle board in the clubhouse.

I think this gives a 5.5 point swing in the Steelers favor

Nothing the steelers have done so far this season justifies betting on them.

Thinkin' Steelers come out for a big Home Game first win of the season here. Winning a Turnover battle and possible Antonio Brown big game.

The Steelers have started 0-2 just four times in 25 years - and of those times have ended up with a winning season, three of the times making the playoffs. This is a historically winning franchise and, beat up or not, I think they win straight up at home against the Bears.

Problem is none of those 0-2 teams that made the playoffs were as bad as this one. The 2013 version has no running backs right now and no speed at wide receiver. It will be a struggle to score points all year unless they add a speedy receiver.

Laying points with bears on snf on the road seems pretty square.

Agreed, LT. Bell and Miller may be back this weekend. Losing Pouncey hurt bad. But, I'm a believer in history and heart and I don't count this team out just yet.

Sounds like Peanut Tillman might miss the game. His backup is not very good.

i like what ive seen in bears, namely their ability to keep cutler clean compared to recent years.. that said they have yet to see a team that runs a 3-4 and brings heat in different ways, not to mention 1st time having to deal with crowd noise so while think they are vastly improved not sure im ready to back them in a primetime road gm as favs when everyone gonna be on their nuts if only cause pit has looked so bad..miller coming back is huge for pit offense as well and he should have ample room to work and move the chains against bears scheme..

Watched both Bear games and Steelers have something to fear.

    Hester, Bennet,Marshall,Forte, Jeffrey and Cutler.

Peppers has been sick and will show up this week. Peanut Tillman and Jennings Pick 6?

Yes, and the Bears defense really hasn't played well, because Peppers and Melton haven't shown up in the pass rush. They're licking their chops against Pitt's O-Line. And Pitt cannot run. Adrian Peterson couldn't even get anything going.

Only way the Bears lose is if the offense gets too crazy and takes too many chances. The Bars have completely changed to a west coast possession offense and with a skilled back like Forte and huge targets of Marshall, Jeffery and Martellus, and they all have hands, this offense is well suited to the team's skillset. Cutler's 68% completion rate is not all that surprising. If the throw is available, he's as accurate as they come.

If this Bears team stays healthy they are going to become more and more difficult to beat. When Pitt ends up 5-11 and the Bears end 12-4, we'll change on our minds on which is the square side here.

It won't be impossibly easy, but Bears win here 23-13.

Agree. But, Bears have always been a bend don't break Defense. Peppers has been quiet. He had a hamstring issue and then came down with the flu last week. Melton hasn't done much, but I'm sure he's excited about Pouncey out. Briggs has been out there popping. Bears have outstanding corners that will punish you if you make a mistake.

Big Ben is a strong dude, but not mobile. Bears will tee off on the pass, many sacks as they punch though a rusted steel curtain.

Bears have to many weapons. Looking forward to this game.

Pitts home dog after coming out 0-2?
Expect a Steelers grinding win here.
