Can UCF beat South Carolina @ home? Set the line

They get 2 weeks to prepare, with the confidence of the road win against Penn St to build on. It's the biggest game in the history of their program and they are really on the rise.

It really would help Louisville if they can pull of the upset.

    Set the line

South Carolina all the way. Don't see UCF beating a pretty good SEC team.

Nothing is going to help Louisville. The AAC is by far and away, the most pathetic AQ Conference in the history of the FBS. They are absolutely terrible. UCF is 1-5 ATS with rest. I noticed that you failed to mention that South Carolina also gets a week off. South Carolina wins this game easily. They should open arounnd -10.

Scary game for SCAR but gotta figure they open at around -8

The lines on both sides of the ball will be the main problem for UCF

    Where will this line go?

I'm sticking to my guns on this one...

UCF has great chance to pull the upset

I like UCF to cover with the rest. South Carolina has trouble against teams with good D - their O not great. Think this one is a low scoring slug fest. Will see where the line moves to before jumping on it. Definite upset possibility.

SC offense better than people think and easily better than years past......their D might be a little worse though so far (Young back 7 mostly)

The main problem for UCF is, like I said before, the O-line and D-Line of SCAR should dominate for the most part.....How will they hang in there?

It is a typical upset type game, but SCAR is also coming off a bye week, so gotta figure they're all healthy and will be well-prepared for a team who already beat a big-name school already this year

the problem with SCAR is they need to switch QB's

Dylan Thompson is a much better QB than Connor Shaw.

    MLD,

I know your sharp and follow the game, but have you seen that attack that Blake Bortles runs? Fukkin Chip kelly fast, with all those short hitch's/slants/in's/out's/digs, etc...

That should slow down the pass rush

He gets the ball out lighting quick and very accurate, the kid is an absolute star.

He should become household name shortly...

I've been excited for this match-up for over 2 weeks, it's going to be fun.

Good luck to your boys, brother

    Hope all is well

Another note is this is another road favorite with that early kick, in the last non conference game. (granted UK is next, )

I can guarantee UCF brings 110%, can't promise that from USC as if they lose this game it really doesn't hurt them as they can still run that SEC schedule (its very favorable)

I was aware of Bortles and have respect for UCF overall......but UNC tried to run that same type of offense earlier in the season with a decent QB in Brenner.....didn't really work too well

Now the UCF offense is better, but overall SC should dominate in the trenches, on offense as well especially

Does SCAR having a bye week heading into this game scare you at all? Usually upsets like this occur on short weeks or sandwiched in between big conference games.....I'm pretty confident that Spurrier will have the boys prepared for a tough matchup

It's a scary game, but I'm excited as well....one of the more interesting games of the weekend

I'm pretty good here, just enjoying the fall.....hope all is well with you too brother....

Maybe, but the main reason UGA beat SCAR is because they ran the ball down our throats and our secondary got burned by Murray a few times too many.....The offense played well, and has in every game this season under Shaw......They've been playing Thompson a little here and there and he will be the full time QB next season which is nice

the part of the game i watched in the unc/sc game it looked like sc got especially gassed and had no pass rush against the hurry up offense. sc defense hasnt looked very good this year and i think they are extremely vulnerable against a good hurry up team but i havent watched any ucf games this year to judge them.

UNC put up 10 points and had under 300 total yards of offense all game.....SC dominated UNC throughout, don't see how you could argue otherwise really

In the UGA game they got beat up but still put up big points and were going back and forth till the end.....Losing in Athens nothing to be ashamed of

SCAR dominated Vanderbilt 2 weeks ago and went out to a 28-0 lead.....A few flukey turnovers and lackluster effort in the 2nd half made the game seem closer than it was IMO

The SCAR defense is not as good as years past due to inexperience and starting a few freshman.....but their offense is pretty solid. Mike Davis is a stud at RB
