Why are people discrediting the Rams & Cards?

These teams are two of the most well coached in the league.

at comments like "they played the rams/cards...

Sometimes I wonder if people even watch football during the week...

Most just watch National Televised games...

Zero talk about the best WR vs the best CB in the league...

If your on the Lions this week, you should just stop betting NFL

    Win or Lose

Lions got no bussiness being favs on the road, as you said Fitzgerald without a doubt best WR in the league and a future first ballot hall of famer.

I believe he was saying Calvin is the best WR in the league (playing against Peterson, who he believes to be the top CB)

Because ESPN has a hard on for Kaepernick and Russell Wilson.

Sam Bradford and Carson Palmer don't rack up 25 rushing yards per game so nobody cares.

Lions have poor QB play, poor coaching, and the defense isn't much after the D-line. Teams that fit that profile usually aren't very good. Lions won 4 games last year.

Fitz may not play this week.
Cards n Rams are garbage L-kid.
You're reaching here if you're trying to defend them as contenders or quality teams.
But the Lions should definitely not be favored vs. anyone on the road.

Have to think Kap and Wilson will prove to much better QB's long term than Bradford and Palmer.

Problem with arizona is they're at a clear disadvantage in the trenchew when on offense. Football is won and lost in the trenches. That being said i still really like them in this spot, first game at home, and lions are crap on the road.

The problem with most NFL bettors is they think team A is brtter than team B so they'll automatically win and cover. Hear it all the time, "ah, the browns?! They suck! No way they can cover! Steelers by 3 TDzzz!!!"

Palmer was decent his first game.

Last year he compiled the majority of his "decent stats" in literal garbage time. The guy was Tebow, insofar as he was awful the first three quarters, and then piled up when the other team threw in their scrubs in garbage time.

Lol at the people who said NFC South is better.

You can't have the toughest division when you have one of the worst teams in football in there.

Both 49ers and Seahawks are better than both the Falcons and Saints.

Still have the Bucs in that division. It's not the best in football.

The 7-9 Saints are suddenly the #1 seed??

Maybe try for a .500 season first pal

Not to people who watch a lot of ESPN. The West has the 49ers and Hawks and they don't give a shit about the rest of the division.

Atlanta is a super bowl contender
The Saints are a super bowl contender
    Carolina is a playoff contender
Tampa was 7-9 last year and fought hard.

The NFC West might be better, key word is might, but neither division is hands down better than the other. The only people who think the West is better are suckers. If you think the West is clearly better then you should quit gambling now because the Jews at ESPN have you by the balls.

I don't even know how to respond to this except that you just proved my point for me.

You're referencing Alex Smith and the 2011 playoffs??? The Saints will get the #1 seed because Alex Smith got lucky in 2011... makes sense.

So well coached they got rid of one of the best DC's in the league? Arians can't go down the field like he wants due to the immobility of Palmer and the awful O-line. The Cards' defense isn't what it was last year and their offense is not much better. Bad O-line, still a shitty run game that couldn't ice an 11 point lead going into the 4th quarter.

A hamstring injury is a fukkin' nightmare for a dynamic WR, ask Andre Johnson. The Cards have an old, washed up defensive front. They miss Washington big time at LB. CJ has a huge day imo. Peterson cannot shut him down. CJ had 10 catches for 121 yds on 17 targets last year. Peterson thought that was doing a good job of covering him. I'd hate to see what an average/bad job looks like...
