At one point in time, they voided 100s if not 1000s of correlated parlays from a lot of players. Not sure if they only voided winners or losers too, but they did it retroactively, going back weeks and months. That's theft, plain and simple and D- is a gift.

They also voided pending futures with positive equity, including things like "Tigers to win AL" when there were only 2 teams left in the AL. They voided the bets claiming they were leaving the US market after the UIGEA and then announced like the following day that they were back in the US market and were welcome to reopen your account, but with all of your pending bets voided.

Just got another wire from them on friday. Its funny how they hand select who they pay. Anyone who isnt being paid has done something for this to happen. Whether its bonus abuse or not submitting documents, something is wrong. I get paid every time, never more than 5 days.

The problem with these guys is they actually sit around trying to figure out how to cheat players instead of just running a good book. They boast here in Costa Rica of paying the lowest wages and having the highest win rate in the business. They absolutely delight in being able to cheat a player and that's what makes them so dangerous to play with. You run your account balance up and they will investigate you inside and out. If they can find a reason not to pay you they will not and they will be giddy with excitement if they can figure out how not to pay you.

I had that happen to me once too.

I'm not there anymore, but it was an OK book with a lot of nice odds and features. User-friendly software, easy to buy points, etc. It wasn't perfect, but not terrible. A lot of the complaints against it aren't different than any other book. I was always paid without a problem, and the reversal of a live bet was the only thing that pissed me off.

I know it's been mentioned in this thread, but I honestly believe if it advertised with SBR, it'd probably be like a B. I have accounts at much worse books that have better grades because I see their banner ads at the top. So much for objective reviews.

not crazy about their narrow website and have heard horror stories about payouts. but all the books don't like withdrawers since they spend all the deposit money when they get it.

And bending over for them ever since. You're a stand-up guy Shams--but I guess you'd have have to be after all that.

PS Explain how your correlated if bets are any different than my correlated parlays.

Fair enough. But the new owners were set to make good on the previous thefts but pussied out last year. They had a deal with SBR and backed out. Same company, new crooks.

sportsbook.com Group: Iwager.com casino dispute update
On October 25th, SBR reported that Iwager.com (SBR rating D-) of the sportsbook.com Group voided a player's casino winnings. In this dispute, the player stated that he deposited $1,000 into Iwager's casino and received a $250 bonus. After meeting the bonus terms, his balance was $4,000. According to the player, Iwager forfeited the winnings without providing an explanation. However, after SBR followed up on the player's behalf, Iwager stated that the player provided needed to provide additional ID documentation and that once he did so two weeks later his account was reopened.

    Sports.com & All-Star.com dispute update
On October 13th, SBR reported that Sports.com and Allstar.com confiscated $39,000 from a winning player. The player accumulated his winnings primarily by placing tennis parlays, and maintained that he never cirucmvented limits as he was mindful of the fact that he was playing at two shops that belong to the sportsbook.com Group.

SBR discussed the dispute on behalf of the player, and management agreed to pay the player his entire owed balance. The player confirmed on November 8th that his payout was processed and that he is waiting for his wire to hit. sportsbook.com (SBR rating D-) management have expressed an interest in handling current disputes fairly, but are unwilling to revisit past complaints. | Original Sports.com & All Star dispute

sportsbook.com Group: Iwager.com voids players casino winnings
Iwager (SBR rating D-) complaint. In early October, a player deposited $1000 into Iwager's casino, and received a $250 bonus. After meeting the terms of the bonus, he had a balance of $4000. When the player requested a withdrawal, Iwager forfeited his winnings without providing an explanation. Iwager is part of the sportsbook.com Group. SBR is attempting to discuss this dispute with Iwager.

    sportsbook.com Group — Sports.com & AllStar confiscate $39,000 from winning player
AllStar (SBR rating D-) & Sports.com (SBR rating D-) allegedly confiscate $39,000 in winnings. A player writes to SBR that on September 21st, his accounts were closed after he won $35,000 on tennis parlays.

The player deposited $10,500 to AllStar and increased his balance up to $49,500. He deposited $1,000 to Sports.com and still has $6,900 in pending wagers at the sportsbook. He was told that he would be refunded the $10,500 in AllStar deposits, but would only receive his $1,000 back from Sports.com if his pending wagers won.

AllStar and Sports.com are both operated by Jazette Enterprises Ltd.. Jazette is the label behind the sportsbook.com (SBR rating D-) family, and has acquired a reputation for confiscating funds from winning players. In this alleged instance of theft, the AllStar manager claims that the winnings were being voided due to the player circumventing limits. However, the player states that he was fully aware of Jazette skins policy and that he consciously avoided wagering the same game at each site. | sportsbook.com group confiscation report

sportsbook.com removes poker winnings due to alleged chip-dumping
A sportsbook.com (SBR rating D-) player that had $2800 in poker winnings nullified due to alleged chip dumping has asked SBR to review his hand history. The player claims he played heads up 2/4 NL poker against another player over the course of one night and engaged in no fraudulent activity. The player's non-poker balance of $1700 was paid by sportsbook.com. SBR is following up on the complaint.

All these companys are not owned by Sportsbook.com they are owned by Jazette but for some reason anything that happens with the other skins goes with Sportsbook.com. I cant say for any of these books as i never played at them. I don't understand why SBR always mixes up everything with Sportsbook.com. The ones that i used are BRoburysports and Sportsbook, all i can say is good things from my experience.
Hedge i know you said they said no to SBR about making good but maybe if you call them and talk to one of the managers and ask them to look into your case maybe something could happen, cant hurt to try. All they can say is no and they could say yes and maybe credit some of the money, maybe in bonus for you to unlock. I dont know

Jazette is sportsbook.com. They control most of the other skins. Anything rated D- is controlled directly by them. They aren't different books, just different labels to draw in more customers or let their same customers try their luck somewhere else.

Not sure if that still goes on today, but this was a common complaint in the past.

If you were a losing player with small payouts, you probably never experienced these problems.
I think long term losing players with large payouts also never experienced the problem.

But if you are a large bankroll player with winning year after year, it's probably not the best book to bet at.

I will only bet at them if I have reached the maximum limit at every higher rated bookie.
