Aston Villa officially the EPL dark horse this season

If they beat or even draw with Chelsea hop on them in the coming matches before the books adjust

Agbonlahor and Benteke are hard to stop for any defense the way they are playing

Like this Villa team alot so far, scrappy as hell

Villa had their chances to tie this game- a dark horse indeed.

massive overreaction here. the books already know that villa have a strong attack. they will be priced as such and won't be sneaking up on anyone.

They should be much further from relegation this season than they were last if they can keep up this enthusiasm on the pitch, but let's not act like they'll be challenging for a Champions League spot. Villa is a lively young squad with a superb striker in Benteke, and they have a lot to learn.

No points in no points, but a 2-1 result at Stamford Bridge that could've easily been 2-2 against a Mourinho-led side should be encouraging for this group.
