    How does Jason Kidd get the sentence he got?

    The employees had to carry him to his car, he then crashes the car into a tree and he pretty much walks on this. If you have money to get out of this, you're fine. If you're the average guy, you're screwed.

    True, but there's absolutely no grey area on this at all. For one, refusing a breath test is an automatic year suspension and he didn't even get that.

    No...many BELIEVE its an automatic year....they just dont know the law.....after you deny they apply the ALS..(automatic license suspension)....you have a right to attend that hearing in court and they judge can apply or not apply the ALS suspension.....the $ and judge here...decided he didnt need that BS lol......

    Maybe....but most take the name ALS..automatic license suspension and figure there is no way around it......many lawyers even play their clients for dumb when they dont wanna help em out here or even give it a shot...
