Lebron chose to join Chris Bosh/Wade over Rose/Noah/Deng/Wade

Its pretty clear this Miami team is exposed. Chris Bosh is taking up 100 million dollars. Bosh is looking to shoot threes.

Imagine Rose, Noah, Deng, Lebron, Wade.

Couldnt be touched. But instead some how some dude in Toronto got involved and I now I have NO doubt in my mind they go 1 out of 3 in finals appearances.

Lol did someone really just make this thread?

He's on Miami right now. This isn't a fairytale "what if" forum.

Oh man why did the Hornets trade Kobe Bryant on draft day!

yeah just Lebron to Chicago without Wade would have made them just as much of a powerhouse as Miami is and possibly more

Lebron would have won a title if he stayed in Cleveland too. The league has been very watered down, especially the EC. Boston got old, Orlando fell apart and Cleveland owned NY. They were always 1 player away. Not sure if Ferry would have gotten that last piece but they were very close.

That said, if you're on a horse in the desert and the horse collapses due to thirst, you dismount. Lebron spent 7 years there and it looked like it would never happen so it was best to move on for both parties if you think about it.

Lebron didn't want to follow in MJ's shadow in Chicago. Too much of a legacy to try and establish. Plus he never liked Noah and Deng and still probably felt burnt by Boozer in Cleveland. That may have been the best team but too much baggage. NY is generally a train wreck so why entertain that circus. Brooklyn was probably a good choice or I thought even Atlanta. In the end, Miami was a great choice. You can't discount going to 3 straight finals, win or lose.

Lebron likes Miami women and weather, thats the real reason.

The Bulls were MAJOR players in that summer, and Lebron has said himself there were many days that he woke up and thought he was going to Chicago. Mac is right he didnt want to play in MJs shadow. He is also right that Lebron would have won a title in Cleveland if he hadn't left. Miami would be DONE with Wade, Orlando is awful, Boston is old. He didnt have to go play Wade and Bosh. Bosh is flat out awful and now thinks he is a three point specialist.

Bulls with Lebron, Wade, Noah, Deng, Butler...even if Rose gets injured they win the championship easily.

They would win several championships. Sure as shit wouldnt have lost to Dallas in the finals the first year. Rose was in MVP form, even with Rose out this year, the way Nate played we still would have won.

And Im not making this thread as a butthurt Bulls fan. I have said on here MANY times I love the way the cards fell. Its going to be Chicago v.s. Miami for the east the next 5 years. The Bulls v.s. Heat games have been epic already.

First, the big 3 heat have beaten the bulls both times they met in the playoffs 4-1...wouldnt call that epic.

Second, don't count out the Pacers. Got a good foundation, so they should be a contender the next couple of years too.

Not to take anything away from the bulls. As long as they have rose and noah, they will always be in the mix.

*Forgot too mention Thibodeau. Still amazed how they gutted out that series win against my nets with half their roster.

What's the point of this thread. Nobody, not even LeBron, knew that Bosh would turn out to be a scrub and Wade would become an avg. NBA player within a matter of two years.

Obviously LeBron expected alot more help when he took his talents to south beach, but look at him though. Even without any help, he got his team the best record in the league, got through a grueling series vs the 2nd best team in the East, and here is in the 3rd consecutive final. So I don't think he has many regrets - although he MAY if they lose this series vs Spurs.

Lot of people calling one or the other. I for one always said Bosh is a poor mans Boozer, and that sure isn't good.
But I never saw dwades knees leaving that quick.
Beginning of the postseason I was saying wade was done, but not a minute before did I really believe it.

Uhhh I DID! Tony Kornheiser said when he heard Lebron, Wade, and Bosh were talking in the offseason that Bosh "should wait out in the hallway while they talk."

It was a perfect sentence, it was exactly the way I felt from the second I heard it. Chris Bosh? From the Raptors? Ok :lol
When was that guy EVER a 110 million dollar player. And now he is shooting 3s.

    Wade is done.
