    Are POWERBALL QUICK PICK RNGs like Las Vegas slot machines?

    The reason I ask is the old lady that won the 590 million was allowed ahead of another woman in line who also bought tickets.

    If it is a true RNG, the numbers generated one second wouldn't be the same the next second, correct? The time it took to have the conversation letting her break in line changed the outcome of the quick picks, at least hopefully this is the case for the polite woman

    I dont believe at all that the same numbers would have shown up for hte second lady. I mean she would have bought hers at a slightly different time.

    should she throw some that persons way as well

    it most likely got her in the store faster.

    maybe the clerk had to ask her again what she wanted since most old people you ask twice when they talk to you
