They obv cant beat the Heat but man would I love to see them make it that far...what a story that would be.

Warriors are certainly capable of beating Grizz or Thunder. And if they get past Spurs, it will make it all that easier for them next game. Each round they get past, they'll have less pressure because they're gonna be playing with house money - and at that point if their shooting stays hot, they will advance.

GSW won't get through Memphis. But it is impressive what damage GSW is doing to SAS right now.

Heatles this is Brons time plain and simple. Seriously the NBA is so scripted when is the last time a young Cinderella team won the NBA finals or even represented???? Bron will get his 2nd ring here and a b2b to cement his legacy even further. Don't kid yourself with these crazy ideas that a huge underdog team full of kids could take down an NBA hierarchy in it's prime!

On another note though I have been thinking myself GSW could win the West and be the finals sacrifice. The league does not want Memphis ( no names, slow and boring), Spurs ( old, been there done that need new blood), OKC yeah fun team but they could not beat Miami with Westbrook and without him their stock and marketability has dropped and Memphis probably beats them anyhow. If the NBA wanted to pull strings and have their henchmen in stripes give a team an assist if needed I see the Warriors as a viable candidate being young , exciting, and Curry getting bigger by the day.

Just saying when is the last time a team even represented the NBA in a finals where a top tier league star or stars was not involved? I can give plenty in MLB or NFL over the years where a less than desirable or marketable team at least made it. Every year its the same bullshit on and on and every league star who is the face of the league gets his turn and right now is Bron's.

I believe 5 teams have won 27 of the last 33 titles if I'm not mistaking. How is that for an equal platform?

which top tier league star represented san antonio, dallas and detroit in their titles in the last 10 yrs? the "league" couldnt give a shit if lebron wins another title or not... you realize you will get a ton more viewers who want to see any team from the west beat Miami, right? what game gets more viewers, game 4 with miami up 3-0 over the winner of the west or game 4 with gsw up 2-1 over miami? im here if you need help with the answer.

not trying to argue, i see the point you are trying to make...but again, the league couldnt give a shit if lebron ever wins another title...its not going to have an impact on the nba.

NBA could make just as much money or more having the Knicks in the finals.

And you can't compare NBA to the NLF or MLB.

It would a be a great upset. And no it wouldn't be boring either, and Stern would be happy. Steph and Klay are very marketable, and new superstars. They will shoot lights out!

sadly for david lee, his injury was the best thing to happen for gs.

they are playing lights out without him.

Thank You. Lee is the worst defneder in the legue, and going with four gaurds is making GSW impossible to guard.

they play better overall defence without lee.

draymond green has been a stud off the bench.

Without lee, warriors are a better overall team.

Warriors pretty much gave away game 1. if they hadn't choked they'd be up 2-0 in the series. Roaracle is gonna be too much for the dinosaurs of san antonio to handle.

Umm there's a reason Spurs are missing 3's and Warriors are making them...Warriors have better shooters.
