Are the Blue Jays finished already?

They are horrible. Never expected them to be this bad.

You'd think they start turning it around at some point but now they are on a Houston/Miami level. Unreal.

Where's that Blue Jays World Series Champions thread from a few months ago...

I have a future on the Rays to win the division. That is already shot too. What a terrible division.

Jeff Loria made the trade of the century. Practically wiped his books clean of all dead weight, and high expectations.

Sure the pitching has been bad, but its not the reason they are 10-18.
They are in the cellar because there hitting under .230 as a team. This should be one of the most feared lineups in the game.

Amazing how in the last few years every MLB team that makes huge free agent splashes absolutely tanks when season starts.

no, you just chose the wrong teams to put your future on. I had yanks at +220 before the season.

pretty darn close. Even the most optomistic projection pegged the jays at only around a 90 win team or a .556 win%. Nothing so far would make you think this team is any better than that. if they play .556 from here on out that leaves them at 85 wins. If the Red Sox and Yankees play .500 ball from here on out the end up with 87 and 85 wins. leaving the Jays at 3rd place in the east at best.

Games in April count just as much as games in September and a team can dig themselves into too deep a hole

You just can't win this way. Period. Ask the Angels. Same team basically.

Im not sure what you mean by "same team" the Angels and Blue Jays have been put together in very different ways and have very different paths to poor starts

    10-20....

-48 run differential tells you it is not just bad luck...
