    Ugh. If you had read my earlier posts, you'd know I'm maintaining that ESPN showed a 3rd replay which clearly showed the ball entirely loose lying on the ground.

    My money's on SD and I've got to admit that that was a TD. He caught the ball and got 2 feet in the end zone. He then hit the ground before the ball squirted out. So thats 2 feet and a body part (butt). That is bullshit for the refs to reverse that call. Then LT just got tripped by a Raiders defender and they don't blow the play dead and he runs for a first down. Horrible refs tonight fella's.

    Anyone notice that the Chargers have no vertical passing game? Everythings dink and dunk and occasional short over the middle.

    I've got the Chargers but I'm impressed by how the Raiders are playing.

    P.S. So far LT is a non-factor.

    What game are you watching? When he hit the ground the ball was not "loose between his feet." When he hit the ground the ball was in his hand, it just made contact with the ground as well. Eventually, yes, the ball was on the ground but not until the catch had been completed.

    What game are you watching?? What part of the rule do you not understand? If the catch had been completed it would not have come loose. If you don't like the rule take it up with the NFL.
