I just signed up there and am curious if the cashback requires a rollover? Are there any catches?

Been with Heritage since Greek escorted certain players out the door and over to Heritage. Most posters have gone over the plusses, and a few minuses.

Lemme add that customer service is generally helpful, although last year when I added money to my account, they did not tell me EXACTLY what to do, which meant extra running around on my part.

Also, while they're very good with the bread and butter lines that they post, there's lots that they don't post, or only post for a short period. Example, this spring they were among the last books to put up baseball team victory totals. Took them a long time to put up props for super bowl, and when they did, their selection was smaller than other books.

My guess is they won't have much in way of props/specials for masters, or if they do, they'll wait til Wednesday to post.

I can answer you question: No it doesn't have a rollover - it's a straight cash...you can request a payout with it right after they credited it to your account

If you don't only wager steam, don't try and scam their casino, etc. they are a fantastic book. I got moved over after Betjamaica went out. I have only had the most basic of issues you see at any book. It's always been handled immediately and effectively and doesn't happen often at all.
I feel just as safe there as I did with Scotty at Betjamaica. You get that good sense that your money is safe. In this industry anything can happen...but at least I feel completely safe there for now. Cashback is great. it's based on wins or losses. Some wagers are only deemed half-eligible on the non-major sports and only half of the amount counts toward cashback. If you reach 150 wagers for the quarter you get .6% and at the start of the next quarter you automatically start at .6% as well. (You will still need to make 500 eligible wagers to hit the .8% group).

    +1.

Great customer service, reduced vig, cash back, one free payout per month (and never a problem getting paid). Nothing but excellent things to say about them.

settle down Deemer- 5D's is better in terms of betting options on exotic sports (exotic to US market), that you know nothing about, like European football and basketball, tennis, volleyball, handball (I bet you would love to wager on this one ) and so on.

but I do agree with you that Heritage is much better option if you're just looking for reliable payout and great Customer Service.

    Nickel overnight lines > Heritage

Nah, but there pretty much neck and neck. I'd probably go 5Dimes 1A Heritage 1B.

all rebates calculate in real time around 11:30am EST each day. any wagers graded by then are reflected in that update.

I closed my heritage account today. I asked the same direct question to customer service on four occasions and go either a non-answer or an unclear reply. I am probably down at heritage 2k to 3k over my run over there. If the customer service has declined to this level then I might as well stay at 5dimes and give them all my business.

Your money is safe there...I just choose the better odds and better promos at 5dimes over Heritage if there customer service is equal....Shame but oh well...

Good place to bet. All is good except they have little quirky payout things. Like request payout between 9-12 and only on full moon. And free payouts Tuesday. Hoping that you will wait one more day and lose your balance. We are not dumb Heritage. Other than that you get paid and the lines are decent.

Just signed up about 3 months ago, and I only had some light action through basketball season because I was getting better lines elsewhere. I always heard about their top notch customer service, which I was not impressed with. It took them a couple of days to handle a sportsbook transfer, and they didn't call me to follow up. The original cash bonus has not been credited even though I sailed past the rollover requirement- I asked about it today so we will see.
I haven't made a withdrawal, so no help there.
Right now I'm neutral. Honestly, customer service won't be the determining factor about whether I stay. Give me lines and odds over polite customer reps 100 times out of 100. I don't ever call anyway.
The good...the baseball lines are unbelievable. That will probably change my opinion to a huge positive over the next few months. I wish they gave you a vig reduction on totals, but I can lay that at 5D.
The horse racing software is the best I've seen. I play every weekend, and it really makes it easy to place complex exotic wagers. They have a 4% cash rebate, though I again prefer 5D and their track odds +10%.

Bottom line...I will use for baseball, use as a secondary for other sports and horses, and likely keep the account to keep what I think is a safe place to play.

For the past 3 months or so I have noticed something similar. There were a few people I would have correspondence with (not front line CSR reps) and always received polite/quick responses. I would often let them know of any issues I came across (lines still up 30 mins after gametime, website issues, processor asking me whats up, etc.) and they were great. They would often compensate me with a free play but that was not the reason I notified them. I often have/had processor questions, possibility of new lines offered, etc...things that regular reps NEVER had a concrete answer to. I just loved having an open dialogue with them. I'm only talking like an average of 1 1/2 emails a month here...nothing crazy. You'd think as a paying customer this wouldn't be too much to ask... I understand things get busy and it won't always be immediate but it's definitely changed in the last 3+ months.

The only reason I mention it is because I've seen a few replies lately about their customer service. I think that's one thing that has/had them a step above other shops. I hope it's just a temporary blip on the radar. I understand they are expanding very quickly and perhaps that's just part of the issue. I'm not whining by any means but feel it appropriate to share my experience as I have in a positive way many many times. They are a great shop overall and have always treated me with respect and any issues dealt with almost immediately.

I guess I just don't get it. Why would you need to close your account there? If you are not thrilled with CS just don't give them hardly any of your action. I just can't see taking away another betting option PERMANENTLY.
