    I have a little more faith in Kennedy than you do, Nino, though I can't argue with his lack of consistency. He's not a No. 1 pitcher; he's more of a 3 on a good team. I still think the D'Bags turn some heads this year, but they have to get healthy.

    How do you guys bet vs 3 of the best pitchers in baseball. Strasburg, Verlander, and Weaver are top 5 pitchers easily. These 3 teams and my Dodgers will have the best records at the end of the season. Great hitting and pitching for these teams. Terrible bets here fellas.

    Agree. Could be dangerous. They aren't intimidated by Kershaw or the Dodgers. Bullpen should be solid, but they need Miley to have another great season.

    Because these guys aren't going to throw 120 pitches (well, Verlander maybe, but I doubt it), the weather is cold so the hitting won't be there yet, and the numbers are inflated (in other words, Vegas knows you're thinking how can you bet against these guys so they're adjusting the numbers accordingly).

    Best part for you is you can always win it back the next day. I don't really like betting baseball but lakerboy has proven to be a good bettor on the diamond over the long-haul. I will say I like the Orioles at those odds tomorrow.
