    Gonzaga started off slow, Southern has been hitting open shots (3's especially), and most importantly Southern doesn't appear to be afraid of playing the 1 seed. It almost seems as if they 100% believe they are the better team on the floor.

    Not watching closely, but looks like Southern is knocking down some outside shots.

    Probably one of those matchups in which the team with only athleticism hangs around for awhile but gets worn down by the talent and organization of the better team in the last 10-15 minutes

    We can finally as a country stop with this NCAA Hoops and NCAA football MID MAJOR NONSENCE.

    They should all go have their own tourny so we can see more Southern vs Gonzaga fun games and leave the big boys to really sort out who is best. Davidson another one

    Gonzaga is awful. Sure they won big non-conference games. But everyone knows that big name schools usually trip up on the road in the conference. There are a handful of 6, 7, 8, and 9 seeds that could beat Gonzaga on a neutral court. Shoot, I'd take Oregon as a #12 seed over Gonzaga.

    If you stripped away what these teams have done, and just went from a pure talent. Gonzaga would probably be around a #6 or #7 seed.

    Gonzaga is a good player team but the only thing I have realized that this team is not up to the mark in this tournament. Although they won the big non-conference games but this time its not done for them, The players are not good enough to make a big win. Southern is showing very good and they are always fun to watch. I must say that southern could win.
