Don't be fooled by the skin color or weak conference. Gonzaga is an old school team with a lot of talent. They've been able to close out against inferior teams all year.

Gonzaga is a matchup nightmare against Pitt.
Like at every position, and the biggest problem is that Pitt can't score.
They can't score and they won't be able to shut down Olynyk and Harris which are two NBA players and could be the best frontcourt duo in the country.
But as said previously, I'm not so sure they get past the Shockers in the first place.

jamie dixon has made 3 sweet 16's in 10 years at Pitt in spite of having a team ranked in the top 10 at some point EVERY YEAR (and couldnt make the NIT last year)
gonzaga is the trendy pick to lose in the the round of 32 because all of a sudden pitt can win in the tourney?
id bet that 75% of the people in this thread havent watched gonzaga
anyone wanna make a points bet and i'll take gonzaga to make it past the "third round" into the S16?

Gonzaga literally handed that game to Butler on the road over 2 months ago. Who cares.. Zags have two 7 footers, Elias Harris at the 4, strong guard play in Pangos and Gary Bell, an excellent 1v1 defender in Hart, and are clicking on all cylinders coming into this tournament. This team is special. The games aren't exactly in their backyard but much closer to Spokane than Pittsburg so I'd say some benefit there. Zags would be -6 if not more if they meet Pitt.
