No arguement LB. Westbrook surpised me a bit last playoffs by not totally imploding (played solid), but this year with added pressure, he will definately have a meltdown or 2.

BTW, how come no more nice money line dogs LB? I always took some action when you bet an NBA dog spread/ml and cashed a good amount.

Only 2 scorers on that team and one of em is a complete headcase. Spurs wont lose to them, hope that series happens. Also Denver can beat them.

I doubt this thread is a reaction to yesterday's game.

Leaker boy is same guy who said GB wouldn't make playoffs, NFL and Lakers will get to west Conf finals.

    His knowledge is minimal.

Just crazy predictions to get views

Thunder are best team in West, they could lose to Spurs, but don't act like its a lock

Spurs down DD at home went hot and Thunder cold, these things happen. Last years playoffs it was the other way around. I do however like the Spurs chances better this year should they meet again. Kevin Martin is no James Harden and the Spurs have gotten better in the paint with Splitter. But it's still mostly jump shooting vs. jump shooting so whoever gets hot the most probably wins. Tough to call.

Agree, but if the Thunder don't make it and you think the league wants to rooster-block the Spurs because they're too much of a threat to the Heat, who will advance?

Yeah, that's the team no one wants to play in the first rounds cuz they get beat up so much. Memphis will be trouble to any team.

We'll see if Denver can get past the first round. San Antonio will be the threat, along with Clippers (we'll see if they're for real or not).

Take the spurs. Last year people thought they'd win the west. This year perception is down on them a bit. Okc will miss Harden - he was huge in that series last year.

The perception is down on the team with the best record in the NBA?

If Parker comes back healthy with no lingering affects, he will be well rested.
The only way OKC ever plays up to their full potential is if Westbrook becomes a true playmaker.
The guy can get anywhere he wants, quick as hell. Imagine if he was dishing dunks to Serge/Perk
instead of shooting 25 shots? The kickouts would be indefensible. Also the bigs would be so much happier and engaged.

They are naming a street after Westbrook in OKC........"ONE WAY"

It doesnt matter who wins west....coz Heat are winning the championship this year.

The real value is taking heat +150 to win it all.

This is the reason the nba sucks, everyone knows the heat are going to win it all. Kind of ruins it when theres no element of surprise

Spurs or Clipps will come out the West. Only chance OKC has of reaching the finals is if they get home-court advantage through the playoffs.

Think OKC would steam roll Clippers, not completely sold on them yet, theyre just missing "it"

    Its either spurs/thunder

Spurs gotta better chance to take down Miami IMO

I think the Spurts make it to the Finals this year. Clippers are not ready, OKC will lose to Spurs and Spurs have nobody in the way.

Agreed. If OKC makes it to the finals, it is going to be a similar series to last year. Heat in 4 or 5. Thunder matchup awful with Miami. Lebron can contain down KD, Wade can guard Westbrook. Perkins is useless because the Heat play small.

Oklahoma hasnt learned a thing from last years finals. They are simply too dumb to win a title. Westbrook is far too stupid to beat a team like Miami in a best of. If the Heat and Thunder meet again I'm beting 5 figures on Miami. I do think San Antonio or Memphis can beat Miami in a series.

The fact you think SA or Memphis beats Miami in a series makes you dumber than russel Westbrook

Okc will likely make it out of the west again this year. And they'll likely play Miami. And Miami will probably win.

Not because okc hasn't learned anything as you say or that theyre as dumb as you but because Miami is the best team in the league with the best players.

Lebron is on a quest to win as many titles as possible. He's realized his potential and has the confidence he never had in the past. Nobody is likely to beat Miami but OKCwill have the best odds.

If they do not make it at least you should tell who will make it.
I am positive OKC will make it to the finals.
The main threat is Spurs but to be honest i do not see Spurs wining this series even if they have HCA.
    - they were better last year and they couldn't make it. I do not think they will make it this year.
    - they might have problem even to reach the conference final, Memphis or Denver could finish them in the 2nd round.

Clippers are not a threat as someone said, i do not know exactly but they are 1-3 or 0-3 this year with OKC.

Anyway your statement implies that you know who will win western conference, so be good and share the info with us.

Yeah i agree.. leonard, green, splitter and parker are playing like shit this yr compared to last...not even close to being on the same level as they were last yr.

okc still favorite but less likely to beat the heat based on matchups. west is full of streaky teams that have to be rolling at the right time to go anywhere like the clips and nuggs

Have you watched these 2 play this year?

    Parker:

    '11-'12 60 60 32.1 7.1-14.8 .480 0.2-1.0 .230 3.8-4.7 .799 0.4 2.5 2.9 7.7 0.1 1.0 1.3 2.6 18.3
    '12-'13 56 56 33.0 8.3-15.5 .533 0.4-1.0 .379 4.1-4.9 .829 0.3 2.7 3.1 7.6 0.1 0.9 1.4 2.5 21.0

    Splitter:

    '11-'12 59 2 19.0 3.6-5.8 .618 0.0-0.0 .000 2.1-3.1 .691 1.6 3.6 5.2 1.1 0.8 0.4 2.3 1.5 9.3
    '12-'13 65 43 24.2 4.0-6.7 .587 0.0-0.0 .000 2.6-3.6 .736 1.7 4.4 6.1 1.5 0.8 0.7 2.1 1.2 10.5

If anything they're both playing better this year. Literally can't believe you said Tony Parker of all people is playing like shit this year?? Guy is averaging 21 and 7 shooting 53% from the field as a guard

He has also gotten way better from the FT line and 3Pt line...
