I would have taken that action. No way Axford risks disciplinary action and inciting a riot. Crowd was already riled up as it was. If it was some no name scrub then you'd have a chance.

A long time ago, Mexico was a proud country inhabited by people with strong family roots and values.
Now Mexico is a 3rd world shithole with the few quality people doing everything they can to leave.
I'm not at all surprised by what happened as the Mexican baseball players are just too stupid to understand the run differential rule.
The Mexican fans throwing objects at the Canadian players was also not surprising.
The WBC should do the right thing and no longer invite Mexico to participate in future tournaments.
