Is it Possible to Close Accounts at Shops?

I have had accounts (about 2-3 years back) from Mickey mouse shops like Sportsbook.com, BETUS, etc.

Is there a way to close the account - I mean I know I'm a non-active user but still get emails/promos/calls

Most places should shut your account if you ask I would think. Or go into your profile settings and just change your phone number and email. Or bitch the crap out of CS and get them to ban you (wouldn't advise this approach)

Books will call the losers looking for deposits, it's a great business model, don't you think?

Not when you haven't heard from them in 2-3 years.
