    I had a 60pts free play from trivia and decided to bet it on Napoli +115 vs Juventus.

    The match ending 1-1, of course a push so i should get a new free 60pts free play. No. according to sbr a push on a freeplay is the loss of said free play.

    I hope i misunderstood if not that is crazy not to get your free play back.

    FPs are used once, that's it. I've had some freeplays go to waste due to weather cancellation (baseball).

    Now you know for next time, don't waste your FPs on bets that can push.

    Ties lose on freeplays, never bet a freeplay on minus odds or on something that can push.

    This might be SBR policy and i understand.

    I have pushed on freeplays at multiple places and the free play is placed back in my acct.

    Heritage, Youwager, betjam in the past.

    i have had free plays end in a push before and have been given another free play.

    not at sbrpts book but at other shops, yes.
