    PointCasino.com is offering players a 100% first deposit bonus up to €200. What players don’t realize is that their winnings are at risk of being confiscated for breaching any one of the vaguely worded promotion terms: A tactic PointCasino has used to fleece two players of their winnings so far.     This is true. Our position in this cases is that the players were clearly breaking the terms & agreement regarding the promotion AND the general terms & condition. Its the players responsibility to at all time know these.

    Going further, SBR has it own "set of standard" that take no consideration to the operator. They also have not contacted PointCasino eventhough they are saying they did.

    He hope you still trust on PointCasino. If not, we will understand, however we do consider we have proceeded according the terms & agreement.

    Hopefully everyone will avoid these scum. Even if the terms have been breached which the player signed up to then the ludicrous punishment doesnt fit the 'crime'.

    I notice that they have amended their terms again to try and catch more players already locked in with a bonus:

    3. Minimum odds in order to count towards the wagering requirement is 1,99. - was 1.75

    6 Bets placed on asian handicap, goal line / total goals and Baseball money line markets, both pre-game and In-Play is illegal while playing with bonus. - added a few more exceptions

    8 Bonus amount that has not been wagered within 14 days will be deactivated and withdrawn from players account. - was 30 days

    Yep, and on the first part it appears they are retroactively voiding winnings.

    A third claim was submitted last night.

    PointCasino has come forward indicating there is new management in place and that they wish to revisit the outstanding complaints.

    If anyone has a past (or present) issue with PointCasino and has not already done so, please submit a sportsbook complaint.
