    are the lakers really -7.5 ? do the books really give them this much credit? i know the hornets suck and the lakers actually won this past week but still ... a confusing game

    This league and betting is so easy to get sucked into "what the public remembers from the last game". Ya sure - Lakers busted up Oklahoma City on National TV they were getting 5 but won SU

    But this what everyone is ignoring: OKC was at the tail end of a very long difficult road trip, Lakers may win but by 8? No way ..

    i personally think the line is very sharp, its gonna be a close game throughout but lakers will get the calls in the 4th. They will pull away at the end and win by 6-9 points.

    You gotta think the Lakers will turn it around and make some sort of run... why not now? Two in a row already, pretty handily also, I just don't see the young Pelicans keeping it close. If the game was not in LA, it's another story.

    Lakers also went into New Orleans and crushed them last month.

    totally agree... this game will be in that range.. Cant ignore the way Lakers have been playing the last few games, but NOLA is playing pretty good too, throw in the letdown factor for LA. NOLA plays well in LA.... I think NOLA is worth a smallllllllll play here.
