    Niners are not contenders. Dominant against most teams, but there are a few teams that consistently make them look awful. They would need to draw the perfect opponents, to have any chance at a Superb Owl.

    in the playoffs we have as much as a shot to win the SB as the niners... you all know only the elite QB's teams get to the big game these days... poor poor 49'ers... will be disappointment again while just getting to the playoffs for the Colts after a 2-14 season is 100x better a season than anyone expected

    I would venture to say that trying to have a debate with a guy who thinks the 2011 Niners making the NFC Championship game was a dissapointment is pointless.
