Do you watch football? Baltimore has given up an average of 409 yards and 28 1st downs per game in the playoffs. They've been on the field for 87 snaps each of those games. What does this tell you? THEY CAN'T GET OFF THE FIELD ON 3RD DOWN! Who is the #1 offense in terms of yards, points, and 3rd down conversions? That's right, its NE. Your Baltimore bet is off to a bad start.

The game is in Foxboro where Brady is 47-5 in his last 52 starts.

The Pats were 2nd in takeaways, and top 10 in rushing defense and points allowed. The secondary gave up a lot less plays down the field after the acquisition of Talib.

The Pats know they can slow down Rice and whats left for Baltimore? Flacco's heaves to the right side of the field. You don't think Belichick knows this. He's the master of shutting down one aspect of an opponents strength.

Point is people are foolish to think Baltimore has a chance in this game with all things being equal. Baltimore will have to score on special teams and probably need a couple of turnovers to make this into a game.

If you want to bet on that, good luck with your ticket. It's not a "sharp" play.

Did you read my quote? What same thing? Denver was highly overrated in the game, and that's why I picked Baltmiore in the game. I won't toot my own horn because they were lucky to even win the game. Denver's SOV and SOS were terrible, meanwhile the Patriots had the best SOV and SOS of any team in the playoffs. The Patriots also squashed Denver this season and there was no doubt in my mind NE would have done it again. Baltimore isn't playing a QB who couldn't throw the ball more than 15 yards this week. People can't figure out why Denver sat on the ball and went to OT. It's because Manning had numbness in his hands and couldn't throw the ball downfield.

This Patriots team is a whole different beast. This same team has SB experience and are playing the best football I've ever seen from a Pats team. Much better and more balanced than the 07 season. Good luck, but you'll need a whole heap of good fortune for Baltimore to even cover.

its playoff football ..anythin can happen .. am i really going to back a team with a defense that is terrible for baltimore to go into foxboro and actually plan to beat brady?

i have been saying it was going to be the pats this year since the 4th week of the season ...

Didn't really understand the first part but being 2nd in takeaways and 9th in point allowed isn't terrible. Sure, anything can happen. Kate Upton can show up at my house naked tonight. I won't be betting on it though.

In case you didn't catch this at CBSSports..it probably wont mean anything come Sunday, but it is interesting .

Let's compare the blind résumés of two quarterbacks playing Sunday to get to the Super Bowl. With so much at stake, who do you want leading your team?
    Quarterback A Quarterback B
    All wins since 2008 61-30 53-18
    Playoff wins since 2008 7 3
    Road playoff wins since 2008 5 0
    Playoff losses as a favorite since 2008 0 3
    Home playoff losses since 2008 0 2
TD passes of at least 20 yards in 2012 (including playoffs) 15 11
Overall 20-yard plus passes in 2012 regular season 60 57
Overall 40-yard plus passes in 2012 regular season 12 8
TD passes in 2012 regular season 22 34
    INTs in 2012 regular season 10 8
Completion percentage in 2012 regular season 59.7 63
    Yards in 2012 regular season 3,817 4,827

    Who did you pick?
The quarterback whose five road playoff victories are tied with the Giants' Eli Manning for the most in NFL history?

Or did you go with the quarterback who threw for more yards, touchdown passes and a higher completion percentage this season?

Quarterback A is Joe Flacco and Quarterback B is Tom Brady.

You're not very bright if you did not know that the SBR money census is caused by betpoints.

You are looking at betpoints caused by everyone on this forum betting on the SBR Sportsbook.

Absolutely the smartest post in this entire thread, this guy nailed it to the wall! Can the Ravens pull off a Miracle? Maybe, but too many things will have to go wrong for NE to let this game slip away, there's a reason for the high spread. It's the fact that Vegas doesn't think Flacco can match Brady score for score, good luck to all!!!!!!!!
