    I wish UCONN didnt just beat ND in south bend two days ago. Tough let down spot here. But on the other hand Im certainly not laying points on the road in a conference game with a team that JUST became #1 in the country today.

    I am OK with this whole idea of betting on sides that are heavily favored by the "public". For one thing, its not intrinsic data, its just data from a certain population and by no means represents the entire betting populace. I wish we could put this "public" side thing to rest once and for all-its a pointless debate. The only people it matters to are the accountants at the books counting the juice, and we obviously don't have access to those numbers.

    Over is only a popular option because it has gone over 2 of the last 3 times these teams have played. One of the o/u numbers for the game was 130.5 which I think was the last time these two teams played it went over that number.

    If Lousville middles the spread (which I was I teased UConn up to +12) and wins by 8-12 as I project then the under should be good. If its a close one at the end and Louisville is up by only 3-8 or losing (gasp! and possible) then the under is in trouble.

    in general this season UCONN has not committed many fouls at home this season. That could largely be because they have been winning and haven't done so out of necessity. I know they have 2 home losses. In those 2 games they have committed 38 personal fouls combined. That is about 6 extra fouls per game. When they are winning at home they commit less fouls.
