Surely this voting shit has to stop in college football

Only in America would a championship game be decided by voters

So stupid its unreal and that was shown last night

ND got slaughtered yet they were supposed to be a better side!

They were 1 and bama was 2

Needs to be a playoff situation like the NFL were every game is knock out

Dont know how any american can think voting is a good idea

And i was on bama but stayed up till 1.30am to watch and it was such a terrible game.

Then you have teams like Colts, Bengals, Redskins who don't belong in the playoffs but make it.
Crappy teams like the Giants winning Super Bowls who should not even be allowed to play in the playoffs.

Playoffs are great till they produce Boston College Vs. Oregon State Championship Games.

mandate the popular big market teams are in championship game, no playoffs

UCLA vs. NOTRE DAME should have been the final

cowboys should be in superbowl every year

Bama was the better team, hence why they were favored. But no matter how you looked at it, through any objective lense, ND had to be ranked above Bama coming into this game. Computers and voters agreed.
Outmatched team didn't come to play, got some bad calls early, things like this happen.

If you had an objectively created playoff, there is no guarantee Bama would have even been in the top 4. OSU, ND, Oregon, Kstate, and A&M all could have made claims at those spots. They should have been, just saying it ain't guaranteed.
And you can't have a 32 team playoffs, that would make the season roughly 50% longer for the two teams who play for the NC.
That would be like having to win 18 games to win march madness.
