    As a Redskins' fan..

As much as this loss hurts, I'm very excited about our future. We have our franchise QB for many years to come, and he not only has skill, he has the heart of a lion. Gotta love a guy like him. Can't wait till next season. Good luck to the Seahawks and those of you, who made money on them today. Hope they go into Atlanta and whoop em.

Fukk moral victories and looking to the future. What future too?? They have a gimp at qb.

Only one team deserves a pat on the back at the end of the season and that's the superbowl winner. Everyone else goes home a loser. That's the way it is. "We" (the city and fanbase) are now apart of a long string of 2012 season losers.

4 young teams lost this weekend to more veteran teams. All 4 losers have potentially bright futures ahead.

I'm not even a Skins hater, but making this thread 15 minutes after RG3 limps off the field rubbed me the wrong way. He basically reiterated the fact that scrambling QBs aren't successful in the NFL due to injury risk. There's a reason the formula hasn't been used and re-used and beat to death by good teams. It's because it doesn't work.

Skins made the playoffs because the NFC East was AWFUL this season and lost in the first round.

he's a liability the way he plays the game and he can be at his peak now and be in a career injury tomorrow.

When you have a running QB and a brutal 16 game season you're lucky to have a healthy QB. Griffin being healthy enough to make it through a whole season and to the playoffs will be a real crap shoot every year.

No way in hell he makes even 5 unless he totally changes his style. He's way too thin to be taking hits like he took this year for very long.

The thing is if RG3 keeps playing this style he won't make it through a 16 game season or 20 games including post season. So he has to change his style. But if he changes his style he losses effectiveness. That's the problem.

Either that or Kirk Cousins needs to be a starter caliber QB. He did well in 1 game but it was 1 game against the Browns. They need that Michael Vick/Matt Schaub thing if you want to make it work but then you tie a lot of money into the QB position with 2 starters.

What a bunch of overreacting fans. RG3 will be fine, and whoever says this 'skins team doesn't have a bright future is kidding themselves. Btw, uck and rg3 are world's better than that joke of a qb tony homo. Leave it to dumbass dallas fans to talk shit abut other team's qb's. Lmao. Stupidest franchise in NFL and their dumb fans.

Hopefully next year the kirk cousins era kicks in. He is the true future of the franchise.

    And more your prototypical qb.

There's no need to reinvent the wheel. The wheel has been working just fine for years. That's why the mannings, bradsy, and rodgers will always dominate the nfl landscape.

Nope. Running QB's are the wave of the future. That's what they told us 10 years ago with Vick and Mcnabb that added another element to the game where as the Mannings were immobile dinosaurs.

There is a good chance Cousins will be traded within 2 years.. I wouldn't be surpised at all, if he's traded this off-season. I like him very much, but we have our future, and his name is Bob Griffin.

Thsi RG3 thing is not going to work. These running QB's don't last. It was proven once again tonight. Staying healthy as a QB is just as important as being good. QB's can't run around in the NFL without getting hurt, these defenders are jacked up on steroids and come out of the tunnel eating grass (Ray Lewis today). A QB could run around to buy time, like Roethlisberger or Rodgers. But, they can't run all over the field. If I was a Redskins fan, I'd be depressed. Party and hype is over IMO
