Yes, INTERNET GAMBLING is entirely legal. However, their schem to deposit is INTERNET FRAUD and is entiely illegal. They are in effect defrauding **** and ********** who strictly prohibit their merchants from accepting credit card transactions from US citizens who reside in the US. This policy has been in effect since 2001 for **** and 2002 for **********. Of course up until October's passing of the UIGEA legislation there were many ways to circumvent the system.

They keep telling me it will post later today or tomorrow. The problem is they've been saying that since I called after 10 business days. I deal with the VIP department where you are "supposed" to get quicker withdrawals. I haven't chatted online. They said to call tomorrow if it hasn't posted. I'm not confident about doing a stop and trace b/c from what they've told me they don't know how long the funds will be in limbo for and I don't want them to get stuck. I was confident in Sportsbook.com as I've used them for years and like everyone else always recieved a timely payout. I'm starting to get concerned because day 15 has come and gone and I continue to get the same story. I think some of the wires have been screwed up. It is not a gambing site....
that is there but a call center. Sporstcall and its on the placard when you walk into the building. The elevator is locked for the 7th and 8th floor and you need a special key to get off on either floor. Citibank is on the ground floor. Maybe if you can get in you can shovel a tunnel into the Citi vaults because that is the ONLY way you will get any money from the bulding.
Concerning WHY I'm still here: I want to get anyone that is involved with this scam into a Federal facility for a long vacation, that is WHY i am here.
Concerning losing over a $1million gambling, I'm 60 years old and have been gambling over 45 years. Most of the money was lost in my 20's and 30's. I am a consistent winner playing online poker and a breakeven or slighly ahead sports bettor the past 10 years.
It is not unusual for Vegas residents to gamble online. In fact I would be willing to wager that on any gambling site there are more Nevada residents per capita than ANY other state.
Concerning knowing about a lot of stuff, I am a retired lawyer and I used to get paid for knowing things others did not.Comment -
no sr... aparently the customer service is located in a place called ciudad colon... its about 15 min from the place you saing... i lived in costa rica for several years and know my way around it... and this place is on the high way that goes to limon. another providence, its still in san jose, but not at down town. i just confirmed it with a friend of mine and i think i've seen the place a couple of years back...

i know someone on this thread from sportsbook poker, and he just got his cashout. so i know they are paying.
what is still troubling is that bank wire payouts are seemingly random. there is no pattern among who is recieving their wires, no matter how long awaited.
mine went out the 27th, so im looking at next wednesday probably... IF im one of the lucky ones ???? insanity.Comment -

Two interesting things i've noticed..
1. The moderators are not commenting on this thread.
2. Other sportsbooks are experiencing similiar delays in withdrawals. Like Bet US, Bodog had some problems, and there are others if you look around. However most people are still getting their money on these sites also.Comment -

Hey guys, thought I'd be the 1000th or so person to gripe about not getting paid. Mine was "processed" on March 22nd, and still have not gotten anything despite numerous 24-48 hour promises. After seeing all of the people in the same boat, I've almost conceited defeat, and will chalk it up as a win for Sports book. Bummer. But, I will definitely post if I get anything. Sportsbook.com is fraudulent. This is part of an email they sent me after I inquired the speed of the cashouts one week after I opened my account.
