What sites for research and stats?

I like the resources on here such as free picks and others. But are there any other sites that give write ups and analysis on games?

As youmadbro said. Any site that gets a regular following is going to come up in a google search. That's your best bet find what you like. SBR doesn't really like its members pointing you too other sites (since a decent amount are SBR competitors)

No need to research stats. The books have already done this for you when they set up the line. Focus on finding out where the smart money is on a game. The smart money wins the majority of times.

Most of the real good sites you won't find by google since google is becoming trash.
Only sites that have a lot of advertising $$$ and/or have enough power to game the system.

That's why when you see search for anything sports related you get tons of bleacherreport stuff on the 1st page, even though its all junk.

Sounds a lot like Obama voters. No need to try and get good at it yourself so you can be self sufficient, just live off of the motivated people who have worked hard to get good at what they're doing. Perfect!

While this is true, I have had much more success finding angles in stats than I have following lines and money movement.

Although, both are important for successful non-degen plays.

Google college sports Twitter accounts to follow and when some local beat reporter covering East Alcorn State Tennessee breaks that a key player is injured, bring down the hammer
